I've found comfort and trust in them as a woman, particularly when I've received several extremely high estimates. Sharp Care Auto, on the other hand, correctly identifies the issue and fixes it for much less than the other quotes. My go to for all my auto repairs, very confident.

This place is the best, the service that they provide is unmatched. Pricing is fair and reasonable, honestly cheaper then most, but the work is efficient and top tier. I recently bought a vehicle from Alex, and in about a week the transmission had went out, (bought as is), I called them and they where more than willing to help and accommodate me through out the whole ordeal. They provided me with a loaner vehicle as I drive for work (Carrier). Once they were finished, I asked what could we work out as far as a payment for the work. Alex assured me that it was taken care of and that there was no need for payment. I was in shock and grateful at the same time. Always a smooth and worry free experience when I come with any of my car troubles. Highly recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks again Sharp.

Highly recommend took my 2002 Toyota Highlander could not be more satisfied with the service I went in for 2 knock sensors replace engine clean and spartplugs didn’t mind the wait because they came highly recommended and Mr S was pleasant just need patience and an attitude of gratitude.

The most important thing about an auto repair place in my opinion is trust. I've now taken my cars in for service here over a period of many years, and they have worked on three cars I've owned over a long period of time. They're not the cheapest, but I've found them to be honest and fair, and that's all I ask for.

I was recommended to this place in 2021 by the then-Motor Cars Toyota for simple exhaust repairs they were unwilling to do. The workers here are good but Sergey is a little difficult to communicate with. First time in 2021 was a decent experience, this time not so much - I asked for an oil change in addition to the weld repair and he didn’t hear me. So now I have to go somewhere else for that on a separate trip and I’m not happy about it. But yet again the weld repair was good and I appreciate that the work was done fast. If you have some patience or need more flexibility than a dealer will give you on repairs this is a solid place to go.

Called them over the phone and told them about my issue. They told me they could help me but I arrived, they gave me some excuses like company policy wouldn’t allow them to help me, but why would a person on the phone tell me to come in the first place, if you weren’t able to help me waste of my time completely.
