Horrible service . I had an issue fixed with these guys previously just for the issue to come up again . And since their lame excuse of a warranty had expired they tried to charge me $100 more than what i paid the first time to get the cylinder in my driver side door fixed . The first time i paid $430 and this time they wanted me to pay $550 even though they said that the issue shouldn’t have happened again in the time frame since I last got it fixed. Also their time management is horrible . I had an appointment at 7:15 am and left at 9:20am just to receive an overcharged diagnostic of what we all knew the issue already was. I would suggest going to E&A locksmith instead they fixed my cylinder within 2 hours and charged me half the price .

I had made an appointment over the phone and then when I showed up it turns out they never even ordered the parts so it was a waste of my time. Rescheduled to come back another day, we will see if they can actually figure it out for that. Plus last time I was in months ago for an oil change they never called me to tell me my car was ready and when I picked it up they had forgot to reset the service indicator. Try to call someone and you get sent to a call center overseas. Very hard to talk to someone who is actually in the service center, long hold times and sometimes they just hang up when they try to transfer you. Two visits and two poor experiences. Most of all they have no respect for your time as a customer. Not expecting much better next visit. We’ll see. Hopefully they prove me wrong.

Very smooth and easy. Didn’t have waiting around for 5 hours like a lot of dealerships do. Had one of the best salesman ever. Go see Al Krasel he’s top notch.

Charge me $358 and some change for a tire. I’ve been going to this place since I got my car I’ve been putting up with everything. Service is good if you’re rich cause they gonna take your money I recommend go somewhere else.

I don’t know why when I called to try and get a remote start fob replaced I got hung up on three times. I kept getting put on hold so transferred and just ended up being hung up on so it’s at this point I’m irritated but how unprofessional the people seemed to be today.

I have to say that I am really dissatisfied with the level of unhelpfulness that I have dealt with when it comes to getting this recall taken care of. I requested to have it done back in December along with my last oil change, but I was told when I picked up my car that they hadn't ordered my parts yet, and they would let me know when they came in. I never heard back. Fast forward to now in April, they want to schedule the service, but only make themselves available for it during very restrictive hours. I was willing to schedule out into the future and even have another service added on, but they were totally inflexible. I get that they have a lot of recalls to get through, but not everyone can afford to just call off work like that. It's not like I was requesting an appointment outside of their open service hours. The happy ending here is that I was easily able to get an appointment for the very next Saturday with another dealership. It's just sad that things had to happen this way. I hope that you guys can do better by your customers going forward.
