Came for oil change only. Service people found front suspension problems including front brakes replacement. All just for 10k. Sounded urgent. I disregarded that advice. Driven another 2000 miles without problem. Sounds like it’s all about money. If owners disagree I can show the estimate invoice.

We got our car fixed after their multi-point checkup, and got a problem because of their faulty mechanical repairs. We almost died on the highway drying our coolant, leaking water pump out on the way back home from Ohio to Texas. The only thing that they were reimbursing was $200, while we spent our time and money, and couldn't even work(1day) for 2.5 days while our car was getting fixed again in the middle of nowhere in Tennessee. They agreed to pay on the things that happened by their fault, and they don't even pay the right amount. You will see the facts by the photo that I'm uploading :)

Everyone there is very friendly. They drive you back to your home and pick you up again when your car is ready. My driver was Trey. He was friendly and nice to talk to. The price is not cheap but I prefer to go to the dealership instead of running around. One stop shop. Nice waiting room. The gentleman who took care of me Eric? (Name) very nice to work with.

Very slow service. Schedule an appointment and wait in car for 20 min just to get info. Multiple people just walk by. Started wondering if I should just reschedule. Then takes an 2 hrs just for an oil change. Did I mention they burnt the cookies? (Someone forgot they baked a batch lol)
