The guys there are awesome! They take great care to details. I highly recommend. Steve and his crew not only saved me time but money as well. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I’ve had some bad experiences with auto shops in the past, but Masterworks has restored my faith! The staff were very friendly and transparent and they did an excellent job servicing my car! I live about 40 minutes away but taking my car to a place I can trust is well worth it! Also, the detailed report you get after an inspection (with pictures and comments) is something I haven’t seen before… all around, great experience at Masterworks!

Masterworks has a welcoming atmosphere. The people there do not huddle around each other to plot on how to take the customers of their money. The people at Masterworks are knowledgeable and courteous. Masterworks is no joke and they do not play with you. Mr. Steve knows his stuff and will come out sit and explain to you with what is going on with your vehicle. You can have a comfortable conversation with them, open communication is the key and that is one of their mantras. They are a blessing. I will definitely hands down refer people to them.

MasterWorks is a class act. Even though they couldn't help fix my vehicle, due to reasons beyond their fault, (aftermarket parts installed by me) they took the time to diagnose my issue and give me a full report out. They took the time to call me and explain, in great detail, the issues and rationale as to why they couldn't work on my truck; because they stand behind their work and want to warranty the work/parts. Clearly a well run business. I have no doubt given different circumstances they would have gotten me fixed in no time. Their property/ shop is clean, well lit, and they provide lock-boxes to lock keys in for after-hours pick-up.

Very great auto body store! Inspected my recently purchased used car and addressed the concerns I had in mind about the car. They ended up finding an oil leak in the differential. Also happily advised me to get dealer repairs as soon as possible after I said the car still had a factory warranty. In the end they insisted on not charging a penny! Definitely recommend!

I have finally found an auto repair business that I can trust to fix my car quickly and for a fair price. The people at Masterworks are friendly, helpful and respectful. I would happily recommend them to my friends.

If you happen to own a classic car, don't waste your time contacting this shop. I used to bring my car here for a number of repairs and was even able to use a loaner, but these days are long gone. Things have taken a different turn since the passing of the previous owner. I don't recommend this shop. There are better car shops around.
