I love this place this is my second time here. I have to say they have great customer service, quick service, they attentive to your needs, and they are way better than take 5 who uses recycled oil but valvoline doesn’t at all. Now I will say they are a little bit more pricier than take 5 but it’s worth every penny. I definitely will recommend and be coming back here.

I’ve gone here for three years without any issues. I liked coming here, as they were always really nice when my dog was with me. But yesterday the manager wasn’t there and the team’s flow/routine was definitely off. They seem to have knocked something loose on my car because it wouldn’t start when it was time to leave. No one knew what to do so they called the manager. They tried to jump the car multiple times, even though the battery reading they’d just done said the battery was good. Both of their jumper packs were dead, so they called their manager again. They tried the packs some more after letting them charge a bit, and then a trick where they hit my starter while I turned the key, and it started. I was told that my starter was going bad and I’d have to see my mechanic. I managed to make it home. But today my car wouldn’t start, and I had to coordinate with family to start my car and take it in to the mechanic, and pay for him to fix whatever they damaged. They put in their notes that I had “starter issues upon arrival” -but I did not, and if that were true they wouldn’t have needed to call management multiple times to figure it out…. I started my car multiple times to move in line and get into the bay, and had no issues. I didn’t have ANY starter issues until the END of my visit yesterday. So… I anticipate with that dishonesty that they were attempting to protect themselves from having to pay for the future appointment with my mechanic. Unfortunately, despite many successful visits before this, I will not be going back. If management isn’t there, the quality of service isn’t reliable, and the workers are dishonest. I’m not even going to try to contact their office to see if they’ll make this right somehow, because I anticipate they’ll blow me off with what is noted in their system. I’m just posting the review as a warning to others and moving on.

I was at your store 12/04/24 for a quick oil change. Well it turned out to not be so quick. Let's just say there were issues. That being said, I was a little irritated as I had an appointment after that I clearly was going to be late for. But...when I say Ethan, Nathan and Josh completely turned my experience around with their professionalism, understanding and quickness when I was in line and once I got in the bay. EXCELLLENT!!! I am recommending that you give these gentlemen their much earned accolades NOW! Good job guys!!

Stopped here the other day in the morning and was overall content with the service received. Very quick, efficient and informative on my end. The technicians took the time to fill my tires, do basic safety checks and even showed me my dip stick after the service was complete. I received some recommended services as well. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service overall. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and will use them again in the future.
