First time I've been to Take 5. The guys working there were very friendly and worked fast to change my oil. They recommended that I change my air filter on my next oil change as it was getting quite dirty. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. They were professional and personable. I have always had great service at this location in So. Euclid! Yes, the staff turnover tends to be frequent, but they are thorough and helpful no matter who is there. Generally there has not been long waiting periods, but they let me know approximately how long until I can get in. That is very helpful for planning.

Friendly service but too long of a wait. Took over an hour to finish my oil change, and there was nobody in front of me. Person helping me also did not take their gloves off when opening my car door and got oil/grease all over my car door handle. Not easy to clean off.
