Most recently, while changing my tires, I discovered that one of the wheel studs had been damaged during a previous tire installation at this same location. This wasn’t noticeable until I tried to remove the lug nuts myself, which is not something most people do between visits. It’s unacceptable that a service center could damage such a critical component of the wheel assembly and not inform the customer—or worse, not even notice it. Mistakes happen, but this pattern suggests a lack of care or training. At the very least, I expected basic competence and accountability. I’m now stuck with the cost and hassle of fixing damage I didn’t cause. Really disappointing experience overall.

Lady manager is very friendly and knowledgeable. Goes out of her way to help. And makes sure she informs you of everything going on with your vehicle service. Online ordering delivery and installation were very easy and convenient.

DONT TAKE UR CAR HERE. The employee are rude! Especially Tyree, he was soooooo rude and mean. Never go to this Walmart location again.

Went there on 10/20/2024 to get an oil change. I was 2nd in line. 4 hours later I was told they were shorthanded. The bays were empty and the employees were standing around joking. I have gone to that Walmart for an oil change for over 10 years and NEVER had this EVER happened. Drive & Shine now had a new customer.

So rude made me sign a form saying if anything was stolen out my vehicle they weren’t responsible which is crazy to me ? Told me I would be there for 4 hours but wouldn’t give me my keys to go to my car for any reason unless I forfeited my place in line so I just left. I couldn’t believe the attitude and unwillingness to help. Definitely better places to go for your auto service. Don’t waste your time here.
