I had a crazy morning and I went to auto zone and Melissa was absolutely amazing. She checked on my fluids for me and gave me advice. She also got us in and put super fast being the only one there. I really hope people are patient with her❤️ she is so awesome and really helped me out

Jason was a great helper and he changed our battery for us in minutes was very kind and knowledgeable and he was very helpful with everything that he did for us today. I strongly recommend him.

The auto parts store is very good. The only ones who provide bad service are the women. When you return a part, they need the receipt, but you have an account and they don't want to look on the computer.

Literally just tried to return something I no longer wanted and it was paid with debit. He could’ve given me cash since it was debit, but proceeded to say he needed the card to return. It’s my birthday and this makes me very angry. Not happy at all. Won’t have my service again.

Really bad service, lady that was working at the evening shift showed no desire in helping me with my battery. Had to go to another place where they actually cared about what I needed and left really satisfied.
