Jiffy Lube

First time going to any JIFFY LUBE., The South Bend Location, South Michigan St. was on way to to where I was going, so I choose that location. 11/29/2024 approx, 2pm.The staff was courteous and got me in and on my way. I drive a 2016 GMC ACADIA goldish. What concerned me, was today 11/30/2024, I opened my hood, and there was laying an oil shop rag from Jiffy Lube, still in my engine compartment. They need to be more careful and check things out, and make sure nothing is left behind, before shutting the hood. I did go ahead and call them, spoke with a man there, so they were aware, and he apologized. What I saw was a 3 team crew when I was there. 1 man and 2 women.

Our family of 6 take all of our vehicles only to Jiffy Lube at this location (4425 S Michigan St.)Derek and his team are phenomenal. In an industry where trust is sometimes questioned, they exceeded our expectations and have done so over the years. I highly recommend this location.

I absolutely love coming here for my services. Jiffy lube is the only business I allow to touch my vehicle because they have never given me issues and they are very honest. I never get any of their names, but to the two gentlemen who helped put coolant and oil in my car this morning, thank you so much!!!!

This team is awesome! I know nothing about engines, oil filters, etc (my husband takes care of all of this), but David went out of his way to show me what my car needed done in order to operate most efficiently. He explained everything in plain and simple terms, and he even showed me how to order the one part they didn't have in stock so when it comes in the mail he can install it for me. Instead of feeling ignorant, he made me feel empowered. Carl and Miss Amber were very helpful too. I look forward to having this team of champions take care of all of our car-related needs, because they are much more kind, respectful, and trustworthy than any other team of mechanics I've met. Update one year later: This team is still phenomenal! David greeted me like an old friend. He asked how we have been and he remembered both of our old cars (Joe's 2016 white Nissan Rogue and his dad's 2006 red Jaguar S-Type 3). He gave me some great advice about how to keep the transmission working smoothly in our new blue Nissan Rogue, and we talked about our family members who have served in the Armed Forces 🇺🇸. Meanwhile, James gave us the highest quality service (oil change, fluids, etc) and washed and dried the windows and polished and shined the car. James was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Then David came back and showed me how to set up some automatic reminders on my dashboard computer so I'll always know when to come back for service. We also talked about his hometown in Indiana and our experience learning different languages. He even recommended a great book for my students. Of all the businesses I go to, this one is definitely my favorite. I'm already looking forward to the next time I come in. 💫

Great Experience! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They were also super fast and made great suggestions to help my vehicle performance. I will be returning and recommending my friends and family. Especially this location.

Once again, Jiffy Lube's techs come in clutch! I was able to just come in with both of my cars and get the oil changed within a reasonable amount of time. Also they let me know that one of my cars needed a belt replaced and had a transmission leak. I appreciated that the tech didn't try to pressure me into getting it right then and there.

My experience with Jiffy Lube is definitely 5 stars! They are so professional and so efficient. Their prices are great and they are friendly and courteous. I recommend Jiffy Lube on the corner of Ireland Rd and S. Michigan St. They are wonderful there!
