Belle Tire

Came into the store 45 minutes before close with a flat tire (already off the car and spare was on) and the team was able to get me in and get everything rolling. Turns out I needed a new tire due to sidewall damage and at no point did I feel I was being mislead. All team members were nice and a pleasure to work with. I can’t say the same about other tire shops but this is what brings me back to Belle Tire!

I've been taking my vehicles to these folks for about 6-7 years now. Since I do most of my own work, it started out as just for tires, but lately I've taken stuff to them I just didn't want to mess with for one reason or another, or don't have the capability or patience to try and tackle it myself. They have always been extremely fair to me and my family, do great work and stand by and honor everything they do. I've been to a couple of the other Belle Tire locations in this area and this particular one on South Michigan stands high above the rest. As long as I live in this area, these folks have a customer for life!

I paid 1621 for new tires and brakes then they decided I needed rotors I spent extra on tires because they were supposed to be quiet and around 900 on brakes and rotors but I have a constant annoying loud squeak. There's anti squeak gel or just don't touch new rotors with your hands... I paid extra for silence...

This is my primary go-to for tires along with alignments and rotation. I have had the warranty for a while now and pricing works out fantastic. Even had an issue with the nail going through a tire one time and it was quick and easy to get swapped out. I don't always make an appointment but drop off my car and as long as it's done before they close I'm happy. Seems like they have better management now.

An appointment made online does not mean anything... Don't wait there. I made an appointment online for 2pm yesterday. Very nice attendant told me it would be an hour and a half after I arrived. I thought, I'm here, it's been on my list, lets do it. It was 2 and half hour wait. And I had to ask after I saw the truck parked outside done. I'm not sure how long it had been done. Minor thing is that there was new grease left on all the wheels. I was thanked for my patience multiple times and the guy said they only had two techs working. I would have preferred that he tell me the truth of how long the wait would be and schedule an appointment to drop off for another day. I would recommend fixing your online scheduler tool to account for how many techs you have working and how many vehicles are lined up.

Needed a wheel alignment, took my car to "the other guy" first. They gave me a quote for $400 and tried to tell me I needed to replace a bunch of parts before they could do the alignment. (The parts they tried to sell me had just been replaced a week earlier and were completely fine. They saw a single woman and thought they could pull it). Took it to Belle Tire. They aligned it with no problems and even charged $10 less! Also, great customer service and overall great experience. They get my business from now on.

Tires are okay. It was the service I'm pissed about. There are red and yellow paint splotches on the sides of my tires. Belle tire will tell you it's the manufacturer. THE MANUFACTURER DOESN'T INSTALL THE TIRES!! Belle tire should have cleaned them thoroughly before giving them to the customer. Furthermore there was some sort of grease all over the sides of my tires. My old ones were cleaner!!! When I get new tires I want them to be clean not dirty ass tires

Great job helping us figure out what was wrong with my truck and they noticed some important details that needed fixed at a reasonable cost. I'd say best around!
