Valvoline Instant Oil Change

They listed on my invoice that they checked my tire pressure and listed it at 35 psi but when I checked it an hour later it said 20 psi so they just said they checked it and listed something. My tire could have blown and I could have been in an accident. I went back to the store and the guy told me “they had a lot of new people there.” Being dishonest is not a training, or new hire issue. He seemed not at all surprised so it obviously happens there often. I have no idea what else they lied about doing unless I pay another place to check all that. It literally takes 2 minutes to check tire pressure. Ridiculas!

You stay in your and can literally watch LIVE while they are changing your oil! They even helped me get a coupon online for $10 off my services! I love that it was quick and entertaining to change my oil. Definitely a new experience. 100% recommend!

Great experience! My attendant was Chris. You have to respect people who point out stuff you need and don’t try to upsell you to stuff you don’t need. I had no idea I needed a cabin filter. The car had a strange smell. They found it. What a difference! Prices are great and it’s like being in a pit stop in a race. They checked the lights , brake lights, turn signals. Great !

Great service. Offered me discounts and did a thorough inspection of my vehicle. Easy, fast, and great value. Update: still a great service. I was hoping to get the 25 dollar deal but I guess it's for first timers on conventional oil changes. Still best deal around. The staff is kind and helpful as well.

The mechanics are always quick with each service. They are also very friendly. They answer all questions asked and are always checking my vehicle to ensure that everything is running good, in good condition, and up to par.

I was seriously impressed with my visit to Valvoline Instant Oil Change! Even though there was a long line of cars when I pulled up, I got in way faster than expected. Toni checked me in and was incredibly professional—she laid out my options clearly and explained the whole process in a way that made everything super easy to understand. Once the oil change started, I felt like I was watching a well-orchestrated pit crew in action. The whole team worked together seamlessly, calling out each step of the 18-point inspection like something out of a high-tech assembly line. It was actually really cool to hear them verbalize every check, and I loved seeing them top off three different fluids and my tires without me even having to ask. Best of all? NO high-pressure upselling! Despite what the internet might say, they didn’t try to push anything extra on me—I came in for an oil change, and that’s exactly what I got. The price was fair, and using an online coupon made it even better. Definitely a 5-star experience! I’ll be back for sure.

Very efficient and not overly pushy regarding other things that my car may need done. I trust them with helping me maintain my car. As a female I worry about being talked into things my car doesn’t need but not here.
