Walmart Auto Care Centers

Went in for an oil change. I wanted synthetic, the most expensive. They ran out, so we agreed on on a high mileage oil for $45 instead of $55. They begin to work on my car and then realize they now have ran out of the high mileage oil also. While I have at this point been waiting for 40 minutes- with an appointment I arrived early too. They ask me to come back and now agree to go back to the price of $55. I said no, and they were not willing to accommodate a customer over $10. For my time and their mistakes. It’s not about the price because like I said originally I asked for full synthetic which is $55. It’s about the customer service and their lack of planning. Once we make an agreement and you cannot live up to that, with no fault to the customer. It should have stayed the original price. I asked to speak to a manager and he was completely unaccommodating and unwilling to come to a resolution. That’s unacceptable and very poor customer service. I could’ve paid, but I choose to take my business somewhere else. This was not a fair customer experience. I am completely unsatisfied.

Had an appointment to get my tires changed. Prepaid and came in at 8am. They said my tires weren’t available despite the Walmart app saying they were delivered the day before. Went back a couple days later to get my tires put on and they only changed 3 instead of all 4 while trying to charge me for changing 4. This also took them almost 3 hours from when my vehicle was checked in.

I Got an oil change a week ago and these guys didn't put enough oil into my diesel truck. asking myself why is it smoking because they didn't do the job properly..If I owned the place I would unemploy them on the spot!

Was told a battery would work for my car, only for them to bring it in, realize they don't know what they're talking about and end up leaving empty handed.

Phoned about wiper blade replacement. Quoted 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour wait. Had to wait like I was getting my oil changed. Went to nearby auto service. My wiper blades were put on before I had completed paying for them. Sorry to say, would not call and get a quote for a quick service. Best to go in person, but it’s all about time and convenience.

Went there with my daughter to get her a New battery when we pulled up there was 3 guys smoking my daughter told them she was needing a battery and to have it put in the old guy apparently rolled his eyes and said it would be a two to three hour wait because they were fully booked so we left then came back 10 minutes later to just get the battery and there was no cars in any of the bays lazy asses! Buy the guy who rang us put Jose was very nice guy seemed to be new and I only found out about the eye rolling after we left.

Showed up early at 830 to get an oil change there was no one in line and and no cars in the bay the guy asked me if I had an appointment and I said no but I can leave the car he told me we can’t do it you’ll have to make an appointment for another day. Really where has customer service gone because they where all just standing around so I paid $20 more to go to ntb and will not go back there

Had an appointment at 7 and the associate came at 7.20 and goes straight into the office and then comes back at 7.25. We were 4 people in the line and he checks one in and goes into the service area and its 7.40. This is all happening while the WALMART service center employees are WAITING for the cars to come into so that they can work on. Talk about inefficiency. Employee name is "KEN". 45 minutes after appointment, I'm still waiting. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO WALMART FOR SERVICE.
