I very much the knowledge and professionalism of Emma. She was patient, respectful and honestly answered my questions. Your dealership is lucky to have her!!

Took our Outback in for its 12K/12mo service check. The service team was friendly and professional—and fast! Oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter change, multi point maint. Inspection, and complimentary car wash in under an hour! Waiting room is clean and comfortable and you can’t beat the complimentary coffee and snacks. Five stars all the way ‘round.

I love my Subaru! Matthew, in the service dept, helped with my 48,000 service check. He explained everything I needed to know! He made sure everything was done correctly and my car was ready sooner than I thought! Thank you Matthew! Everyone that works there that I have dealt with in the past five years are very ready to help with whatever your questions are.

I took my Crosstrek in for its 6000 mile service. I needed a car because I had to work so they gave me a rental car to use. That alone was huge for me. They kept me informed by text as to the progress of the service which was super nice. The staff was very friendly and explained everything. They even sent me a video of the service appointment. Nick was my awesome salesman when I purchased this car and I now know the service technicians are awesome too. I strongly recommend Germain Subaru Auto Mall. Especially ask for Nick when shopping for your car. You will not be disappointed!

Never been to this dealership and will never come back. I got a check engine light on the road and the roads were a little rough from the snow fall the night before. Figured I’d stop by the dealership and they could do a quick scan just so I had an idea what was going on. I pulled in to the services dept and they only had one line open. I went in and the only person in the garage on January 7th 2025 at around 6:30 pm was this very unhelpful and honestly very careless gentleman that told me it would take 45 min to do a diagnostic test. Are you serious? Now we all know it shouldn’t take that long if all I need to know is why I’m getting a check engine light. I don’t need to know if my tires need to be aligned or if I need an oil change. I politely asked him is there not anyone who could just connect the reader to my car and just tell me the codes for whatever is failing and he shook his head and basically told me “nope”. To be honest for being something quick he really lost a customer. It didn’t seem like he loves his job because anyone can take the time to help someone or find a way to help but this gentleman didn’t even want to utter an explanation as to why it needed to be 45 min. Luckily I found another Subaru service center that had more helpful team members and willing to give me the answers I needed. Don’t go here if you don’t want to have the same encounter with this gentleman.

I recently had some work done on my car at this service shop and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish—friendly, professional, and truly helpful. Mathew took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. He went above and beyond dealing with the warranty company we had purchased elsewhere. I really appreciate how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience getting my forester serviced at Germain! Erin was super sweet and easy to work with, and seems to genuinely be a people person who wants to get you the best deal/service experience you could have. I had an unexpected expense pop up and she was very helpful and even had a coupon for me to use! I will definitely continue to get my oil changes and other services done through Germain!

Great service department. I have been using them for 6 years even after moving to the other side of town! I trust that they will take good care of my Ascent and are very professional in providing information and answering questions. Service Rep Aaron was particularly helpful during my most recent service.

Chad was very professional and responsive in phone calls and texts. The service experience was quick and smooth. I greatly appreciate Subaru’s extension on the infotainment warranty. I’ve never loved a vehicle as much as I do my Outback.
