Service Center - Germain Hyundai

Thank you again Chad! You went above and beyond to ensure I was served with great customer service and I undoubtedly noticed! I was provided a complimentary year 2025 dealer vehicle while work was being done which many service centers do NOT offer. I stopped by once my vehicle was finished being worked on to pick it up and of course it was it excellent condition! 👌🏻 It is nice to be back in my favorite vehicle again!!

My first service on my second car from Germain. It went perfectly well. Todd From service greeted me and handled the paperwork. Service was efficiently completed in the time frame they stated. I was very comfortable while I waited and they actually got me out faster than anticipated. Great experience.

Staff was very friendly (especially the lady who initially greeted me). Process was efficient and I was in and out. I have been taking my car there for service since I purchased about 4 years ago and I’ve always had a good experience.

Never a bad experience. They are always polite and quick to get you in and out in service. Always take the time to explain everything and walk you to your completely washed vehicle! Can't say enough about this dealership. Will never go anywhere else.

My vehicle went down on me 1217 of 2024 right in time for Christmas! Chad was amazing. Even with the holidays and the certain days off my engine blue and Hyundai took care of me which I was absolutely scared because my extended warranty with who I bought my car from Said a whole lot different but when I pulled up there to Germain Hyundai at the auto Drive on the west side. They explained step-by-step everything that was going on with my car as the process went through. They handled it. I got my new engine for free and no diagnostic check like my extended warranty. Told me I was going To have. I got my new engine back and it’s running real nice and smooth when my check engine light came back on for a different code after the repair was done to the engine. Hyundai still offered me 90% off of a part that was going to cost me an arm and a leg to make sure that me and my child could get around. It is very much appreciated. I think you guys from the bottom of my heart for helping us get back on the road Chad was amazing and took his time and absolutely helped me with everything.

My service rep Todd was awesome. He took excellent care of me and my vehicle. He came to the waiting room to make sure everything was ok. He had my oil changed, tire rotated and the. Ar washed. He told me the steps for the next appointment. He set up so he will always be my advisor. It’s always nice to find someone that truly cares and takes pride in their job. I’m glad I have him to assist me.

Great communication from start to finish and everyone I interacted with was kind, attentive and customer focused. We took our vehicle in for maintenance and to also have a seat heater looked at that stopped working. The mechanic wasn't able to replicate the heater issue but once we got the vehicle back, the heater did not come on. We let them know via text (quick and easy) and soon after, our Service Rep, Chad, reached out to me directly to apologize and set up a plan for us to bring it back in so he can do a ride along and observe the issue firsthand. We have been customers at this location in Grove City since 2019 and have always had very positive experience from all interactions...purchasing, scheduling, service and check out.

Every time I take my car to Germain for service I am not disappointed! Everyone is friendly and helpful, but I must say, Chad, my service tech is the best. He goes the extra mile to make everything go smooth! I would highly recommend Germain Hyundai and make sure you get Chad for service. He is the best!
