They accommodate me even though I came too early. Their facilty has a pantry that you can have whatever you want while waiting. They will also send you a link of a video assessment of your car service maintenance/inspection.

I had an unexpected repair and Ron and his team made every accommodation to get me in for crucial work to be done. My entire experience from start to finish was the best I’ve ever had with a service department. I drive 40 minutes to the dealership and will continue to do so for my maintenance and potential repairs. I’d give 6 stars is that were an option.

I am very happy with my experience with their service center. I took my car in for it's first oil change and they did a tire rotation and full inspection of my vehicle and make it even better, they recorded all of the inspections and sent the video to my email. That makes me feel very safe with their service and definitely builds trust. Everyone is very friendly here as well. I love it!

This Mazda location is well maintained and kept clean. The staff is kind, inviting and properly trained to cater a great service to their clients. I received service at this location twice. On my first visit I had some routine maintenance completed by Ron and the service mechanics. For my second visit Ron was able to help me again. This time, we performed some suspension and engine work that helped get my vehicle feeling new again. I was even able to get my vehicle ready for the upcoming cooler seasons. Ron and the rest of the team at Mazda have truly made my experience a pleasure. If you have a Mazda, this service center is one I highly recommend using. Best service I have ever received. Driving through Ohio on our way to Louisville and had an accident caused by a crater size pothole on I270. We had our car towed to Germain Mazda at the Automall and let them know we were from out of town and if at all possible would like to have it repaired in time for us to drive home to Philadelphia on Sunday. They said they would do their best and keep us in the loop during the week on status and then we received the text Saturday afternoon letting us know all work was complete. They even worked with us to arrange pick-up on Sunday morning. Thank you so much!

I've been coming to this location to have my car serviced ever since buying my Mazda a couple years ago. I've never had a bad experience. They always make you and your car a priority. Ron and Jo are absolutely awesome and are always great to talk to when dropping off/picking up your car! I highly recommend bringing your Mazda to this location if you want to genuinely be taken care of. Thanks again guys! :)

Very professional and courteous. Ron the service manager had a rough time with the warranty company but always kept us up to date with everything going on. In the end he was able to get them to fix everything with 0 charges to us. I was provided a brand new 2025 cx50 (amazing vehicle) as my courtesy vehicle. Highly recommend these guys for all your mazda needs.

I brought our new Mazda CX30 to the Germain dealers for its first oil change service and checkup. The thoroughness of the service and inspection, with written and video documentation, was very impressive. The service report included tracking of such things as engine and cabin air filter condition, battery condition, tire tread depth, tire rotation pattern, and brake lining wear. I was able to have enjoy a coffee and read the news in the comfortable and immaculate waiting area. The car was returned to me freshly washed and ready to go. I’m very pleased with this introduction to the service department and their attention to detail.
