Service & Parts Center - Germain Kia

As usual, Eric my service advisor and Chris the lady who works in service office had gone out of their way to make sure I was taken care of! I was truly cared for as if I was the only customer they had! If Germain had an employee of the month- they both deserve it as well as employees of the year. If the customers voted for it- these two would get my vote each and every time ! Thank you Eric and Chris!

I highly recommend Kia at the Georgesville Auto Mall location. Eric greeted me immediately and made me with welcomed and trusting. He we went through everything I needed for my 60K checkup and helped me find a coupon since I forgot mine at home. He told me how long it would take and it was done sooner. He came out when the service was complete and went through everything with me, including letting me know the breaks on the front will eventually need replaced but that I still had another 20K+ before needing to. The waiting room was comfortable and inviting! Thanks for the unlimited coffee/water! Thank you for the exceptional service! I will be back when it’s time for the next oil change.

We bought an EV9 about a year ago- there was a safety related recall that I appreciate we were proactively called about. That being said, after spending over $70k on this car, it would be nice if a loaner car was offered. The other cars we looked at in this price range definitely have a service experience that matches the price… this was very much a base model Kia experience, as we were routed to a 3rd party for car rentals. Probably not annoying enough for me to completely regret my car purchase, but something to think about as we prepare to buy another car.

I went in to get some recalls serviced and ended up getting a brake cleaning and new filter all for an affordable additional cost. The staff was very helpful. I was updated via text every step of the way. The service also didn't take as long as expected. Braden was a great representative and i will definitely return for future services.

Eric in service was professional and welcoming when I arrived. He directed me to a very comfortable and friendly waiting area. I was also welcomed by a cheerful woman that asked if I needed anything and directed my attention to the coffee, tea, and water available. My vehicle was completed as promised and washed. I will continue to bring my vehicle back here!

The service team always does a fantastic job on my kia soul. They had it scheduled and in the shop in no time. My car is running like it's brand new. They even vacuumed the interer for me. I drive a 2022 Kia Telluride. Justin and Germain Kia have done an excellent job making sure the car is up to date on inspections for recalls and the car is well serviced. I appreciated them taking care of the odd issue with my rear view camera with no grief. I have felt they have been honest with what the car has needed, which is rare in a dealership. Would strongly recommend.
