Disrespected. I go there for my scheduled service appointment this evening and no one is even there. I didn't even get a phone call from a service advisor letting me know they're shutting down early. I'll definitely find a way to call corporate and complain. This lack of communication and disrespect makes me sick. I look forward to switching to the Toyota service center next door.

I called quickly and got the word to bring the car in and in no time my car was done and I had a safe trip back home. call them up and you can wait in a nice soft chair while your waiting

Just got a new Honda pilot and had a flat on the highway had 2700 miles on the care took the tire in they inspected the tire and said the hole wasn't very big and put a plug in the tire with no charge. Very friendly people to deal with.

Wanted to go check out some new Odysseys on labor day. The only day my wife and I both had off and could go. Checked the website and it said it was open until 5. After our 3yo woke up we left and got there at 4:15. We were greeted with locked doors and a woman came out and said they closed at 5... it was 4:15. Then she corrected herself and said 4. She said the website was wrong and she was kinda short with us and half heartedly apologized. Needless to say we drove 30min for nothing with a 3yo who really wanted to check out a new van. Lol. 30 min back home with zero to show for it. Dunno if the website was messed up or they were just trying to leave early. Kinda seemed like the latter. Guess I'll go to a different dealership.

I have only good things to say about my recent experience with this service department! Amazing! Thank you to Cody and the rest of the crew. I appreciate the hard work and the Honesty about the issues with my car. What a deal! I really cannot recommend this place enough.

I came for some preventative maintenance on my new car I bought from the dealership last week. I was given a loaner car while the maintenance is being performed. Very nice people overall but, when I got the loaner, it was FILTHY. The interior wasn’t even vacuumed, had an odor, and the windows were so dirty that I could barely see out of them. And look, I know it is winter so the car wash couldn’t be run but that doesn’t really help with the fact that the interior was disgusting. When I brought the up with the women who brought me the car she stated that “she cleans them the best she can” but I simply think that this was unprofessional of the dealership to hand out as a loaner vehicle if it is dirty (unclean interior; exterior gets a pass since its winter and low temps causes car washes to be inoperable). Overall, I recommend the service at the location but I will be avoiding getting a loaner car in the future. *below are photos I took of the car after getting it from the dealership that morning.*

The customer service was top notch. The guy that helped me shared that one of their machines went down and backed things up. He was very courteous and kind and communicated well and that there would be a wait. Keep these type of workers around they help your business thrive and grow.

Well run and high quality services. Look for specials on their website. A lot of dealership service centers have a bad reputation for exorbitant prices but honestly, the prices here are competitive if not lower than franchises. Full synthetic oil change was $69 with coupon, for example (April 2025). Appointments are easy to make online. The service advisors are friendly and efficient when you get there. A nice touch is you pull up to a large garage with 3 huge entrance doors that open automatically when you pull up. Particularly helpful when the weather is nasty! When your car is done, they will sometimes have it parked inside as well to protect you from the weather.
