Service Center - Toyota West

I started going to this dealership because it was the closest one to my house, but I always come back because the service is great. I have been helped by Bradley, Rory, and Eric and all are kind and communicative throughout the whole process. I drive a (very) old Corolla and I have never been asked to upgrade. Aside from some expected minor replacement parts for an old vehicle, the car continues to run well with routine maintenance from Toyota West. They have taken good care of my old girl. Their latest system upgrade makes it easy to share mechanic notes with the people in my circle that are more auto savvy than I so I don't have to drag anyone with me to help make decisions. They even send video snippets of the mechanic explaining what it is they observe in real time. The waiting room is nice, clean, and quiet, with comfortable seating and options for people to plug their computers in and work. I have never purchased from here so I cannot speak to that, but I am a big fan of the service here. :)

On January 13, I brought in my 2024 Toyota RAV4 hybrid in to the service department as one of my tires was low. I was greeted by a service tech, whose name was Jonathan and he was quite professional and quickly diagnosed my problem as having a nail in the tire. Because of where it was located, I did not need a tire replacement, but the NF doing an isolated repair on the tire. . They even washed the car and I enjoyed a chai tea latte while I was waiting. The cost for the repair was approximately $43. I was very happy with the service provided by the dealership as well as Jonathan. Jonathan even provided a photo of the nail while it was in the tire so that I could share that with my wife.

Everyone was great...the staff answered all my questions..And Yes I Love my new car..I will be back later to purchase another vehicle..Lacey was wonderful keeping me informed about everything about the car...

My experience with Mr. Bradley has always been professional. He is pleasant, polite and proficient. From the first contact of checking my vehicle in, he greets me with a smile and is prepared for my appointment. When Mr. Bradley and I review the recommended car repairs, I am at ease bc of his knowledge of general car mechanics. Also, his demeanor gives me confidence and trust when he explains the recommended car repairs. Mr. Bradley is the primary reason why I service my vehicle at Toyota West. I also recommend him the family and friends without hesitation! For me, it’s important that a service advisor is proficient and trustworthy!!

I had the best experience ever at Toyota West with my salesman Lance. From the moment I walked in to the second I left with my new car I was treated with kindness and respect. There was no “car salesman “ scams or the salesman having to check with his manager every time I had a question. No haggling and a better rate than I thought! These people are the honest to goodness best! I have told several people about my experience because I can not get over how pleasant and honest it was!

Easy Peasy. Chandler was fantastic at his job. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Nice guy and easy to work with. He went out of his way to find a side molding that Toyota was not even going to install for me. The workmanship was excellent. I also had my car detailed and it looked like new when I picked it up. Thanks Toyota and Chandler. Great job

Chris was great to work with. He communicated well as my vehicle was inspected and parts were ordered. He was waiting on me when I arrived for my appointment and completed the repair faster than anticipated. Will definitely request him in the future.
