Valvoline Instant Oil Change

No pressure, helpful, informative and quick. The team did a great job letting me know what needed to be completed, what the prices were, and what I could elect if I desired. I ended up paying $60 for an in-cabin air filter, which is so much more than they cost, but the convenience and kindness of the staff made it worth it.

Tried to up sell bogus service suggestions, allegedly "per Toyota's requirements" and a couple of unnecessary "Valvoline recommended" services. Toyota does NOT recommend 4 of the 6 listed. And NONE of the 2 "Valvoline recommended" (Tacoma truck). Specifically, they might be needed if I was doing heavy or frequent towing or frequent diving off-road on dirt or heavy dusty roads. And was not even asked about that and it's not on the paperwork. I'm filing a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive repair (BAR) to investigate deceptive practices.

First time going through a drive through oil change station. Everything was quick and easy. I brought my own oil from Walmart which made Oil Change ~$55 + tax. They also check for fluid levels, windshield fluid, tyre air pressure and more. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional service! These men were extremely nice and gave so much information I left without any questions! They took their time to service my car and that is much appreciated!!! I definitely recommend this location if your in the area!

Nice good ol valvoline turned corporate and now the customer is left out to dry… looks like all the other auto oil changers will be getting new customers, they now charge 10$ for free air in your tires. Do better valvoline. You use to.

Some of the workers were trying to up sell me just like the other oil change places in town. I’m fine with that as long as they’re requesting work that actually should be done. One of the representatives suggested I rotate my tires without even checking them first. Once he checked them, he realized they had just been rotated but still proceeded to try and get me to do so. I explained to him that more tread on the front drive wheels is how it should be and he agreed. He then walked away without an apology or any correction. Seems kind of slimy, especially when his requested work would make vehicle MORE DANGEROUS instead of safer. Makes me question Valvoline’s values…

My wife went in at the end of January for oil change sold my wife a fuel cleaner forgot to put it in the tank. They call yesterday to have her come in and put it in. They forget to tell her to drive the required miles and to fill up the tank now the vehicle won't start turns over but not getting any gas to the motor thank Valvoline for simple oil change to expensive repair.

The speed. I love how they get you in and out. Plus they were friendly and professional. They mentioned all services that were due and offered a coupon discount.
