Firestone Complete Auto Care

I picked up a screw in my tire overnight so I took my vehicle to firestone, where I purchased my tires and the road hazard insurance, which I highly recommend from them, and they were able to fit me in and get me fixed up and ready to go in about an hour. Robert and Ryan were the ones that helped me today and they did an excellent job. I've always had a pleasant experience at this Firestone.

Firestone employees were extremely honest about the fact that my brake pads still have considerable life left in them and did not try to upsell me. I had my car inspected, tires rotated, headlight replaced, and rear brake shoes cleaned & adjusted for a fair price. They were courteous and professional.

This was my first time at Firestone in Visalia and I can honestly say, I won't go anywhere else from now on. I cant express my thanks enough to Robert the site manager. He went above and beyond working with Silverstone to get the parts we needed covered. He made multiple calls and even sent pictures. In the end everything got covered with no out of pocket copay needed from me! I've never had an auto care center do this much for me!! Thank you Robert!! I would highly recommend this place, 5 star customer service.

I would highly recommend Firestone in Visalia. Robert offered great customer service. I walked in and they took care of me right away. I was very happy with the service they were able to fix the problem at a great pice and let me know what my car needs done in future and .pricing. I felt comfortable in the clean waiting room. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends and family. I will be using Firestone With any future auto needs.

About a month ago I brought my car in for fluid changes and to have my front passenger tire looked at, tires balanced, and rotated since there was new construction and I had hit a curb. Upon picking up my car, they said everything went well with the fluids and that my tires and rims were fine. I asked several times to verify that my tire and rim were fine and got multiple yeses. Fast forward to 3/27 and I was driving home with my windows down since the weather was nice and I heard what sounded like something stuck in my tire. When I looked in the tread there was nothing in it. I did notice my brush guard had popped out a little bit so I adjusted it and noticed that my rim had a huge flat spot and damage on the inner wall of my tire. I have been diligent in my driving and have not hit anything. When I brought it up to the shop today, showed the man the photo, and asked them why they didn’t say anything when I brought my car in previously, the man said “We must not have noticed it before. We can’t put a tire on that until you get a new rim because it’s not safe and the tire isn’t safe because it looks like you can see wire.” So I’ve been driving unsafe for almost a month and a half because a technician “must have missed it”. I’ve had my young children in the car and commuted to Fresno several times for work. It could have blown out any moment. No solution was offered except for selling me rims. They didn’t even offer to put my spare on. I’m extremely disappointed.

I have been coming here to Firestone for the last 13 years. The customer service is amazing and their service is top notch. Robert and all the staff have always been friendly, helpful and respectful. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here and recommend them to anyone!

Literally the best auto care place to go to. Been going here for years and the staff have always been beyond helpful with explaining and showing me the issues with my cars. Robert has always been the main one to go out of his way with literally anything and expanding the longevity of my cars. Appreciate you guys. 🤘

My husband and I had a rocky start with Firestone as we went for an inspection on a used car we just purchased. Initially we were told by the first mechanic that they called our warranty company and that they denied the claim for a part that was needing to be replaced as it was leaking. We called our warranty company to fight the denial to be told that a claim was never filed. My husband promptly called Firestone and after a bit of back and forth they connected him with Chris. Chris helped us from the getgo and had us bring the car back in so they could take more photos to submit for evidence for the claim and it was accepted and the part was replaced within the time frame he has given us. He was very communicative and calling back to update my husband keeping to his word and it was overall a pleasant experience working with Chris. He took care of our car and gave us our recommended maintenance for our next checkup and we will surely be scheduling an appointment with him for our future services. We appreciate the time, attention and effort he put into helping us get our car sorted. We will surely be back and asking for Chris if we ever have any issues come up and for our routine maintenance.
