America's Tire

We had a set of tires shipped to them via Tire Rack online. Set the appointment time. When I got there I checked in quickly, paid the installation fee and in a half hour I was out the door with brand new tires. They were very friendly and professional and the work was done quickly.

Carlos did an excellent job calling us when the tires were in and got us in early. He treated my wife with respect and got her out the door quickly. However, I had a spare tire in place when I had my tires done. They did not bolt the spare tire back into place in my wife’s car, which is at least mildly dangerous. It also takes about 2 seconds to do. The subwoofer also wasn’t hooked back up, which sits in the well of the spare tire. I will definitely be going back to this store/the company in general but the lack of finishing up after spending 1500 bucks on tires is a bit disappointing.

LOST MY LOCK NUT KEY!!! *Went for a Tire rotation and Balance* Have aftermarket wheels and they lost my lock nut key (11/16), went back on 11/18/24 Monday and they couldn't find it . Told me they would order me a new set of lock nuts with Key and get the other ones removed ,said they were going to call me , ITS 12/4/24 and no update or call , ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS PUT BACK THE LOCK KEY WHERE THEY GOT IT FROM ! If I were to have gotten a flat , it would have been difficult to get my wheel off!! Went to a reliable shop and got them removed and replaced for $35 .

Nice website and customer experience but I was promised it would take 40 minutes and here I am waiting over an hour to change 4 tires when an appointment was made. If your time is important, try again.

I’ve been using America’s tire for my work vehicle and have had a great experience with this shop and their staff. The shop is clean and I am always greeted and helped quickly when I come in. the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I brought in my vehicle late in the day on the way home from work to repair a tire leak and they made sure my problem was addressed that day. Great service.

Gotta love them I got super great service and deal on set of four tires didn’t have to wait long and best part I get warranty on all four included so yeah definitely visit them!

I just have to say, I have purchased many tires from American tire! I love working with these guys! It’s nice to go to a place that you know that when you walk in there you’re going to get taken care of one way or the other!! The staff is awesome! Service is fast! They always show a willingness to help solve the problem at hand! It has been a pleasure working with these guys for all these years!! 🤙🤙 One stop shop! 😀😀
