Costco Tire Center

Bought four Michelin Pilots about ten thousand miles ago and the price was great and the tires are fantastic. Went for a second rotation today and the place was slammed. Mike, the Manager, was literally running back and forth to take care of his customers. Very impressed with the service and the determination to get the job done.

Installed new set of Michelin tires today. Competitive price as expected - pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Javier and Ernie were both great to work with. Bought tires yesterday made appointment for install today. Javier remembered my name once he saw me. Very impressive and made me feel like a valued customer. Hopefully I’ll get 80,000 miles out of these!!

Was not very pleased with the customer service experience at the tire center at this Costco today. I originally bought my Michelin tires here. I had a flat and took it here right away. I had the means to air my tire at home to get it to costco to my appointment. The guy at the register was more of a behind the counter and order taker. I remember the last time I was there the people were passionate about cars and knew their products well. This guy looked at my classic mustang as a dud. My flat tire was unfortunately not salvageable. He said it out loud and in a way where it was my fault. I had my infant son with me and he even went as far as to say "I wouldn't have had put my son in the car, let alone a baby." Like I directly harmed my son. Also, I have no choice he has to be with me. He even said I wouldn't even put myself in there, what a snydy thing to say to a customer. Like I knew I was going to get a flat, this was an unfortunate thing that happened to me and something I didn't foresee. At the end of the day I didn't give them 1 star because they honored their warranty and since they no longer carried my tire they gave me back a refund. That was a bummer but I ended up getting a tire at American Tire Warehouse. They also had great customer service. I will be buying my tires there for now on. Also told all my family and friends my experience. They have had bought tires from Costco in the past, they also will no longer go back after hearing my experience.

The tire shop hardly ever answers the phone or if they do they will leave you on hold & forget about you. Other than that, Josh is amazing at his job & he is such a wonderful person & he's the only reason why I came back 3 times, if he wasn't there I would have gone elsewhere.

Don’t waist your breath going anywhere else!! Staff is extremely helpful and nice! I am the first to admit I know absolutely NOTHING regarding tires. Tire trim 0 knowledge I only knew the year and make haha I called asking for quotes on tires and they were able to help me find out my cars tires by asking great questions rather than what I didn’t know. I got a quote and did not feel like I was being taken advantaged of. Called Walmart and Tire center to get a quote excited to see what they could help me with like Costco and both said if you don’t know specifics we can’t help you. I’m on the side of the road…… I don’t know if I have a Ex or LX or the tire trim. They were useless and said on average since you don’t know you can expect $750+……. Customer service alone is why I am going to Costco!

Excellent staff and great support. I had a flat tire and reached tire service with few minutes away from closing but they took the time to check the tires beyond close hours and helped to fix them. This is one of the most helpful and kind Costco support that I received. A huge call out to Jeff and Marco who were kind enough to accommodate and take care of my car tires.
