These guys always have the best customer service. They treat every customer like they're the only customer. The prices are great and they always try to save you money by offering multiple options for your vehicle. Don't go to the bigger chains and pay way more than you have to.

I showed up to my appointment on time and the customer service Andrewattended to me rapidly. He was very polite And when I ask questions, he explained in a manner that I understood. Andrew was very kind and helpful while they attended to my vehicles oil change. And we also took the time to explain to me other services that they had available to maintenance my vehicle. I was very satisfied with today’s appointment and I will be returning With my second vehicle.

Giving this 2 stars instead of 1 because I still got the service I wanted but did not appreciate how it was handled. Friday - Over the phone I was quoted $79 for a tire and decided to come on in. Nick helped me upon arrival and I explained I wanted a tire to replace the one that popped to match my other Michelin tires. He said the tire I was quoted over the phone was a cheaper quality so we both agreed to get a better quality tire. He is frantically trying to get everything done in the store and I feel very rushed. He then tells me my car needs to be held overnight and I had no issues other than being shocked I needed to find a ride home. As I'm messaging for a ride he asks for a few details to lock in the sale. Not one was I mentioned anything about tires and he only asked for personal information. Leaving the shop I was quoted a higher price for the tire and installation. Saturday - The next day I come back to the shop the receipt they hand me is cheaper than what I was quoted for the new tire. He explains he mentioned it when I was "texting" and mocked me by pretending to text on a phone while making a face. I'm not sure what gave him the impression to make it seem like I was a dumb woman walking in and not paying attention but I did not appreciate how he handled the situation. He said he only had the $79 tire in store and said he mentioned it when I left. I wouldn't haven't agreed to matching my tire to the other and paying more out of pocket if the $79 was the only option. I was getting pretty upset because he said he mentioned it when I was giving personal information. Nick said "this was the only tire I have" so I mentioned our conversation from Friday where I said "I wanted the best tire to match" He said this was the best one he had. I commented "so is this the best tire to match my other tires or is this the best tire you have and are trying to get rid of and make a quick buck?" Thankfully, Ruben intervened and said he could order my the tire with no issues. He ordered me the tire right on the spot and I left saying had I known the $79 was the only one they had I wouldn't haven't wasted my time leaving my car overnight. They let me leave the lot with the $79 and let me drive on it until Thursday when my replacement was put on. Huge props to Ruben for knowing how to talk to customers and making women feel welcomed. Thank you for treating me like a human! Be warned shopping here, tires may have already been driven on if they are the $79 tires. Side note - another customer was in on Saturday when I first tried to pick up my car saying his tire was damaged on his pick up due to mechanics leaving a screw inside the tire that rolled around over the course of being on. He mentioned another tire shop refused to put the tire back on because of damage...

I used to be so happy with the staff here and customer service but since the past few years there has been terrible customer service and a real lack of communication with the customer if you do not stay at the location. It is very frustrating that they really lack in that area now and that only the person who checks you in can call and speak to you about your car where as before it used to be more of a team effort. Very disappointing. And the staff member, Angel, who I spoke with regarding this issue did not care at all that an entire day was wasted waiting to hear from them. No I am so sorry that happened, I totally understand how that would be frustrating, etc... left without any safe transportation back to Ridgecrest due to lack of communication and it's too late to get it fixed at the dealership, who they were waiting to hear from.

I go (discount tire) on Mooney in Visalia to air my tires as needed ...this time I needed some work under the hood.. Ruben was the first person I met.. he was more than happy to help.. he then introduced me to Andrew (the manager) very nice as well.. they figured out my problems and fixed them.. anytime I have gone there the staff has always been friendly and helpful.. it's a good thing to come across a friendly positive business, you know you would come back for more help from good people.. thank discount tire for getting me back on the road..

I had purchased 4 new tires 3 years ago, so I was going there for the oil changes and free tire rotation since I bought the tires there. At first their service was good, but it drastically declined. Each time I went in and told them about any issues or requests like check tire pressure and adjust it to all 4 tires matching same number. This last time when I went to get my oil changes, they did not do my tire rotation. I requested them to look at both tire pressure and windshield wipers. They said it all looked good, but it wasn’t. I’ve had the same windshield wipers for 3 years now and you could see it was desperately needed to be replaced. They also failed to adjust tire pressure in ALL 4 tires to match the same number. You failed me yet again Discount Tires! I’m done with them! I’m going elsewhere for better service and know that my vehicle is properly being taken care of.

I had a great experience at discount tires in Visalia. The front desk customer service was friendly and informative. The technician kept the inside of my vehicle free from grease and they were quick. I appreciate their honesty with the tires they recommended. I was happy with my purchase the first time and the seconds time around, is even better. The price for the tires, I used to spend over $1500 at the other tire shop for the same quality and experience with this current tire, I only spent 740 on this set. Thanks guys! See you next time!

I cannot express how grateful I am for the service I received at this place for my tire alignment and overall car care. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Ruben, the service manager, took the time to understand my concerns and genuinely helped me choose a set of tires that would greatly enhance my alignment. The prices were fair, and as a lovely surprise, I received tickets to Island Waterpark! It’s heartwarming to see a business that truly cares for its customers.

Great customer service! Specifically Andrew Prado; Andrew was straightforward with me but still polite and made sure I was getting the best deal I could! You could tell he was focused on making sure the customer was taken care of, rather than just trying to make a sale. A real, genuine guy! Second time going back and I was treated with the same exemplary service that I was treated with last time! Definitely recommend for tire needs

Great service, best price. First time visit today- Slow leak, nail in rear tire, too close to the firewall for my mechanic to plug. Service Advisor Andrew Prado took my car as a walk-in and when I came back an hour later it was completely done, free of charge. Thank you Andrew and Discount Tire- you’ve got our business from now on. 👍🏼
