Sales team member was very helpful. Just brought in some rims and tires that Discount Tire wouldn’t mount (even though they were OEM sizes). The guys in the shop were very nice and got everything mounted up and installed. Very good experience all around.

this truck has all aluminum rims. I had them installed two new front tires and rotate one to the back. Instead of pulling the one on the front that was getting rotated off onto the back and putting on the rim on the back, they flipped these aluminum rims back backwards. And left it. Pure laziness. I did not catch it so now I have to go back in the morning and deal with this and I’m from out of town. This was probably because I refuse to let them do my shocks because they were price gouging on them. This is a 2023 truck and this is the shoddy work they did. my exterior aluminum rims are gonna have scars and scuffs because of their laziness so instead of rotating that tire to the back room like they were supposed to this is the shit work they did

Fast, friendly, and great prices. My Explorer needed new tires and brakes. Adam from Tire Works more than matched competitors prices and completed the work in under 2 hours. Tire Works also didn’t try to get me to pay for unneeded work, and Adam helped me figure out what work was immediately and what was not and how to get the most affordable prices. I would highly recommend and plan to return for future work when necessary.

Adam was super great in helping me determine which repairs took priority, and what the general timeline to complete them was. He wasn't pushy at all and worked with me when the initial estimate was out of my budget. The report I received was also extremely detailed and broke down exactly what was wrong and what they were doing to repair it. I only got one major repair, but my car ran great when I got it back. It was also fairly priced; much better than other estimates I had received. I would definitely recommend them for any services you may need.

My name is Hassan and on April 28th, I had a very stressful night. Blown out tire, stripped lug nuts, and someone broke into my car and broke my passenger door. The morning of April 29th I called Tire Works on Sahara and Buffalo and Mr Adam took my call .Very professional, welcoming, and respectful. He made me aware that he would be able to help me with most of my issues at his location. I had my Chevy Cruz towed to their location where I was greeted by the very professional staff and really clean facility. I then met Mr Adam in person and he was very honest about the condition of my vehicle. I do not feel he was trying to get over on me and rack up the bill. He was also very attentive and aware of my mental state and did everything he could to help me remain calm and not get overly stressed . He offered me a good deal on 4 new tires and an alignment along with a couple extra perks. Even though i really didn’t have it to spend , because I felt he was so genuine and honest I went ahead and did it anyway. I genuinely appreciate Mr Adam and his team for taking care of me today . Definitely gained a new customer and I will definitely refer my friends and family to this location. Thank you and God Bless

This is the third time i've been to Tire Works for different cars. Sometimes the BMWs are a pain when it comes to the warning lights, and other garages will try to give you a long diagnostics and charge you extra. Adam and Cole gave me the exact price with no extras, they knew what the car needed and fixed it. This is hard to come by service and is much appreciated. Best prices and best service.
