Eric and his team are wonderful - efficient, kind, and courteous. What you need, FAST! They have amazing communication with each other and with the customer, making everything easy to understand!! They make the experience enjoyable & positive where it could otherwise be frustrating. I feel safe and always respected and well taken care of by the guys at Valvoline. Loyal customer because of my family’s loyalty for 10 years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks Eric!!!! for always going above and beyond for me and my fam and for every customer, every day. Went there for an oil change and they drained my transmission instead of my oil. Tried to blame me and gas light me when I told them my oil was overfilled. Connor the manager has very little people skills or communication skills. Still waiting for a refund for my oil change they didn’t do. Added pics of my oil, my transmission that “was leaking” per the mechanic, but in reality my oil pan wasn’t touched. The automatic response to these reviews says I should have my check in the mail with zero attempts to reach out. It’s for the public eye because absolutely no one has reached out and I’ve reached out to corporate, BBB and the manager multiple times. Don’t go to this place.

The team worked so well together and kept me informed while they serviced my vehicle. They also helped me select the best oil to use since my normal oil type wasn't carried anymore. In addition, I could tell they also had great communication with each other working around all the hazards of working in there. The manager on duty created a great team.

We went in and LJ assisted us. He was very knowledgeable. We went home to get our other car and went back. Had both cars done in very little time. When you go to the dealer it takes minimum of two hours. We are very happy that Valvoline is in the area.

The gentlemen at the Valvoline oil change location on Buffalo and Sahara in Las Vegas, were very professional and I felt very comfortable with sitting in my truck while they performed their work. They chatted casually but also were super professional in each step showing me the oil, filter, etc. I am the type that usually stresses about having work done on my vehicle, but not there. I felt very respected of my time and my money. Thank you.

I went at 6:30 on a Friday and got right in. Damarcus, Cameron, and the third man (I didn't see his name but he was the guy with braces) were very professional, quick, efficient, and nice, even though it was the last half hour of the day and I'm sure they were ready to go home, they were all great and seemed happy to help. They got me in and out in 15-20 minutes, answered any questions I had, and worked great as a team. I'd recommend them and this location to anyone!

The young man working here this morning saved my soul!! I had meticulously planned my route to go pick up my horse who needs to go to the vet this morning looking at many reviews of gas stations and looking at street views to see if they had air. Was looking for air for my horse trailer tires. Went in and asked the cashier at the air pump worked and he had said yes. Put in all my money and of course it didn't work. Went back in and had to wait for the cashier to return to ask him to turn it on. Then he said Oh I thought you meant pump. What the heck, I clearly said air and was parked by the air. Anyway the young man saw my distress cuz I came back over to check the most important tire and it ended up being severely low. Just at that moment he asked what was going on and I told him. He said just pull around to the back we have you. I love him! With this kind of care I will definitely be going back to her future oil changes :-) or more. Man had a heart of gold :-) last place I took my truck to for service left the brake fluid cap off (disappeared ) the air filter unttached and there was a cap lying around and I still don't know where it goes.
