Honda West Service Center

Amazing! I would send my car back to NY to get serviced. But so far Honda West Nevada has super fabulous service. They also have a beautiful waiting room. Although the hot chocolate was out of service today. 😭

Jagger, was my service technician, I can describe his level of service in one word EXCELLENT! And, by far. Best ever experience at any of the dealerships I’ve dealt with over the years, buying, and getting my cars serviced in other states no less. Knowledge, assistance, promptness, professionalism, personable and great people skills. By profession, I’m a retired customer service specialist and was hired by several national chains that deal with hospitality and customer service. If you’re curious about my comments, I’m not related to Jagger and, NO, he didn’t pay me to write this review, just genuine expression of my experience. I took my car for a recall repair a few days ago and also requested for an oil change Robert, my service advisor told me that I have a complimentary oil change and tire rotation so he will get all of them done since the car was there. When I got the car back, I was told, and the receipt also stated, the itemized work performed on the car. Upon reaching home however, I checked on the lifespan level on my oil and it stated 40%. This has not happened to me before. I have bought 3 Hondas and referred 2 family members to them and I have not gotten this kind of service. It really cast a doubt in my mind if any of the work were done. My old service advisor, Karla always made sure that all the work requested were done. When you pick up your vehicle after an oil change, you will see your oil level at 100%. I will try to address this with the service manager so that nobody gets shortchanged when they bring their vehicle for service.

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the maintenance service at Honda West Service Center, and I wanted to share my positive experience. The service was completed on time, and I felt confident that my car was well taken care of. I truly appreciated Ms. Elaine who assisted me throughout the process, she had excellent communication and attention to detail and was incredibly professional and attentive. I will certainly return for future maintenance needs and highly recommend this dealership's service team!

Richard went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of in a timely manner. He was communicative and friendly, and checked my service record to make sure we didn't do any maintenance that had already been completed. Would seek him out specifically as a service advisor in the future!

The check in was fast and easy. They knew what I was there for because of my appointment. The service was supposed to take 6 hours but it was done in 4.5 hours with other add ons I wanted done. I would recommend Honda West to do service to any Honda vehicle. The picture is me the second car inline.

The Honda West Service Department is well managed and provides quick, reliable service. Ty met me and made sure the recall notice would be taken care of, as well as the 20,000 mile service requirements. I was in and out - with all aspects of the appointment completes in less than 2 hours. Thanks Ty and Honda West! Great job well done.

Michael Smith was very helpful and we had the best customer service from him at the dealership. Usually it’s just ok and we have been using this location for many years. It would have been a 5 star rating this time if the service department ran our car through their car wash before returning back to us first.
