It takes a lot to earn 5 stars, but this service department did it. It was a great experience from making an appointment (even on a weekend) to picking up my car (which they washed!). The staff was personable and efficient. My appointment was actually honored, and I had my oil changed and brakes checked in less than an hour.

I brought my car in for a check engine light diagnosis on 09/24/2024 to the Hyundai of Las Vegas Service Department and was told I was going to have to leave my car at the dealership for at least a day. When scheduling this appointment online, it allowed me to select an option that I could wait at the dealership for the diagnosis, or take a shuttle. I opted for waiting at the dealership. When I was told that I would have to leave it at the dealership, I asked for information about the shuttle. My advisor, Scottijo Daily, asked another advisor if they had any shuttles running at the moment and the other advisor replied "I don't think so". Scottijo proceeded to tell me that "the shuttles don't travel over 10 miles, so it wouldn't apply to me anyway" (I live in Henderson). On 09/25/2024, I received a call from Scottijo stating that my car was ready to be picked up. I double-verified that it was actually ready, and even asked for the service department hours before hanging up the phone. About thirty minutes later, after I leave work early and am half-way to the dealership, Scottjio called me back and stated "there was a miscommunication with the technician and my car wasn't actually ready". The technician had placed papers on her desk and she just assumed it meant that my car was done and ready to be picked up. The technician actually just placed the papers on her desk so that she could offer me more services. I asked if there was an estimated date that my car would be ready for pickup, and Scottijo replied "sometime next week". On 10/01/2024, I called the dealership asking for an update on the status of my car. I spoke to Scottijo, who could not find my car or information in the system, and stated that "she must've closed my ticket out". Scottijo advised that she would need to give me a call back because she could not find my status anywhere. Scottijo called back later that day and stated that she found my ticket and that was car was ready to be picked up. On 10/02/2024, I go to the dealership to pick up my car. I see that Scottijo isn't at her desk, so I wait for another advisor. An advisor asked me who my assigned advisor was, and when I said Scottijo, he simply pointed to her desk and stated "she's over there". I proceed to ask if she was in today, and the advisor stated "no, but the guy over there can help you". After changing locations, I wait in line at that advisor's desk (there are two customers in front of me). Another advisor approaches me and asks me if I've been helped yet. I state that I'm here to pick up my car, and that the first advisor told me to wait in this line because Scottjio wasn't in today. The advisor who approached me stated that he could assist me instead. Meanwhile, the advisor whose line I was waiting in makes a quiet yet rude remark (but purposefully loud enough for me to hear) "Well she didn't say she was here to pick up her car". Why would I interrupt him when he's in the middle of a conversation with another customer? While I am paying, none of the services I received and was paying for were explained to me. In fact, no one explained a single thing to me this entire experience. While driving to work after picking up my car, I noticed that the radio display screen is damaged. There is a black mark on the screen (see photos below) that was not there when I dropped my car off on 09/24/2024. It looks like as if there is liquid in the screen, or if something knocked into it hard enough to damage the display. I could not miss anymore work since I already had to leave early on 09/25/2024 due to the advisor's negligence, so I couldn't turn back around to the dealership and address it then. I am extremely dissatisfied with this entire experience. I am not usually one to leave reviews, however, this is ridiculous.

The first time I took my car to have the transmission checked, they changed it because it had problems, but supposedly they changed it a few days later. I took the car because it started leaking oil from the transmission and they couldn't tell me where the leak was coming from. All of this resulted in the oil degrading the subframe busing. I took them back and they are not responsible for that and I have to pay for the repairs of those parts. All this time I have had to drive it like this. On this day, I get a check engine light again. I take it back and they spend 5 days trying to tell me that it is a problem with an engine sensor and a tire pressure sensor, but they don't solve the problem. I am very angry with this dealer and his service, the bad experience I have had with them and their mechanics who have left me with a car that makes noise all over the place.

Well let's start by saying they had our car for 2 days couldn't figure out what was wrong and then my husband came home Googled it and the problem was fixed.So my husband decided to make a call let them know how incompetent there repair services was and Zac "manager of services" was who he spoke with and to his defense my husband was a bit heated so I decided to get on the phone and after I mentioned we were considering purchasing a extended warranty, but now I'm not so sure because there repair services is questionable basically told me there are 3 other locations I can take my car too. NOT to mention I purchased the car there plus put down 13,000 cash and wanted again to purchase an extension threw them. So I decided to call Brian M. the manager of the location left a message and never had a courtesy call back. SO NOT ONLY IS THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT QUESTIONABLE BUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL!!! All I can say is buyer beware and in the words of Zac take your car to the other 3 locations as well as your business, they obviously don't need it.

I have been coming to Hyundai service for years, and they always provide excellent service. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They take great care of my vehicle and make the process smooth every time. Highly recommend their service.

I received really great service at this location. I just recently bought my third car from this dealership and it was time to have the tires rotated. When I arrived, I thought oh no this is gonna take way too long. The other two cars that I bought at this location, when I tried to get the oil changed, the service was just really terrible at the service center. So I just never returned, but I decided to give them another chance because that was many many years ago. Well, it’s a completely different ball game. I went inside. The guy told me it was gonna take about two hours, that’s too long for me. I can go up the street and get it done for $40 in 15 minutes at Valvoline. So I went back out and told Bryan no thank you. Well he wasn’t having it. He said ma’am you paid for the service. I said I can’t wait two hours. I have to leave town. I just don’t have that kind of time. He said please we can do this for you. He’s a nice young man so I trusted him and I was right to do so. I will definitely be going back.

Brought in my car for an engine recall. Big Kudos to Scotty! You are amazing. She is the best service representative i have ever encountered. Best experience having my car serviced at a dealership. From start to finished she was on top of everything. It only took 2 weeks to get it all done. Keeping me informed and updated with every progress. My Hyundai Santa Fe is now running in great condition. And hope to use it for longer time. All thanks to you Scotty!
