I showed up two hours early for my appointment but instead of being sent home, I was asked to wait and was in an out way before my appointment time! All of the staff was courteous, patient and helpful while I waited for my alignment to be done and asked a bunch of questions. I couldn’t believe how quickly my car was finished! I was not harassed by the staff to fix anything additionally or purchase anything unnecessary for my car. I will definitely be returning for future Car Maintenance needs.

The front desk guy got a real kick Sending me across the parking lot for coffee. It’s Vegas so here’s the photograph! I didn’t know the Server was Naked! I really didn’t! Cliff

My experience at TC was amazing Terry was phenomenal at helping me getting my car serviced after having a bad experience at Midas they even entertained my kids with giving the balloons and Tire Choice even let me use my Groupon to service my car so helpful definitely recommend.

Adam, Joe, and Bo always really friendly and helpful. Did great work on my truck, both for standard stuff like oil change, but also weird stuff like random steering column bolts. My go to location is West Sahara.

Terry was awesome to work with! Made it super easy, great attitude. I'm used to coming in to auto shops with my guard up because of past negative experiences at different places and feeling like they're taking advantage of me being female and presumably not knowing much. But he made me feel super welcome and at ease! 100 thank yous!

My a/c was blowing hot air. They charged me almost $300 to refill the coolant and check for leaks. They told me the pressure was holding and the car was good to go. As I drove away, I quickly noticed that the air blew hot whenever I stepped on the accelerator. I came back and told the desk guy. He had the tech come out to the car with me. Turns out the tech has reported the issue after working on my car, but the front desk guy decided not to relay the information. He did offer to recharge the system of needed at no additional cost within the next sixty days, so I guess that's something. I have an appointment with an a/c specialist on Monday, so we'll see what we see.

Over billed me for the job after I agreed to pay the quote price and also damaged my Brake wear sensor I would NOT recommend that you do business with TIRE CHOICE (West Sahara) as they have actively displayed a culture consisting of DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES
