V.I.P Auto Service Center LV 1

I was in serious need of an oil change so we called V.I.P at 5:50pm & saw that they close at 6pm, we spoke to a man named Daniel & with no hesitation he said “come on in within 5-10 minutes & we will get you taken care of” as we arrived he immediately pulled the car in for oil change, did an inspection, came back & it was done within 10 min. Yami at the front desk helped us check out & kindly let us know that the package we purchased had an extra free future oil change. Which was very important to know. Thank you guys for the wonderful customer service 🤍 Highly recommend this place!

I travel for a living, as a result I put a lot of of miles on my car. When I need major service, there's only one place in Las Vegas I go to, and that's VIP Auto. I've used this location multiple times. Last time it was my starter. This time it was the alternator and a belt. Even though it's a couple of years in between when I go there, they pull up my file, evaluate the current situation, and when the mechanic and I talk about the issue I always feel comfortable that they know my car. I also know that I can trust them not to overcharge me. I go online and check out the price of the parts and what the labor should cost. They are always right on the money. They always get the job done in a timely manner. Jaun drove me back home while they did the this job and came back to get me when they were done. He was so nice. Sibelle was also extremely helpful. She is very good at her job. The mechanic also let me know, by showing me, that I need new engine mounts. He knows I drive long distances and all the miles I put on that car has made them loose. I'm so grateful he noticed it. He will be fixing that in a couple of weeks. Trustworthy mechanics, good prices, and excellent customer service. That's what you can expect from this location.

These guys are legit. Integrity first. I came in with a massive quote from Honda for repairs and VIP first quoted me about $800 cheaper, but upon bringing it in determined repairs weren’t needed at all. I’ll be back here if I need anything at all for my car.

Ati is the literal best and was such a good sport about having to stay later after closing time. His customer service was truly six out of five stars. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate his diligence, warm attitude, connections to helpful people and efficiency as I will be going to him always for smog checks. He’s an ambitious problem solver who goes above and beyond. He is knowledgeable and has such a good head on his shoulders. Time flew with him and I really hope he gets the raise he deserves.

My wife brought in her Mazda 3 for an oil change on 2/20. My wife used a Groupon discount so only paid a small charge. Thought all was good until I came back into town and realized the engine oil cap was not returned in its proper place. Pretty much, the cap was not tightened after the mechanics changed the oil. Oil ended spewing everywhere because the mechanics did not do their job correctly. Now, my wife's car engine oil would need to be replaced again due to possible contamination. I fear to think what the oil filter might look like. I really don't appreciate how car repair shops can exploit women because they assume women don't know anything about cars. Well, I will gladly step in and ensure those people who scam others will get the treatment they deserve.

First time at VIP. I normally have oil changes where I can make an appointment so I was worried it would take a long time on a Saturday. I arrived shortly after they opened and they were able to get me in and out very quickly. The price for a full synthetic oil change was considerably less than where I've been going. The service person (forgot to get his name) was friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back for other maintenance and repairs and would recommend this shop.

This crew did a phenomenal job on both of my vehicles with oil changes, converter replacement, O2 replacement, and more! Ati and this crew showed exceptional care, customer service, support, and expertise in their work! It has been a couple of months and I can say that their work has been outstanding, and will absolutely bring back my vehicles here. Thank you!
