Great service department! Dave Miller provides top notch service and always gets me a loaner car when I need one. They really look out for the proper maintenance of your vehicle. I wouldn’t get my MB serviced anywhere else.

We went in for service a week ago, for a check engine light. When picking up we found the tire pressure low, when we asked the attendant said it was normal. Got home checked it and found a nail. Thankfully John, was able to take care of us in about two hours time the next day, this is not a first time issue, but our faith is restored in Fletcher Jones, thanks to John. He was diligent and was able to help without any back and forth. Thank you John.

I’ve been bringing my car here for a few years now and have historically been not trusting of dealerships. Dave Miller and the entire team have really changed my opinion of this matter. I love bringing our car here. They do a great job and are willing to resolve any issues that arise. I’m grateful to have them to take care of our vehicle and am confident that they will service our vehicle with care. This is the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. I rarely write a review. But I felt the need to share about the top tier service I’ve received from this dealership. Specifically from the service department, and even more specifically, to my service advisor John Clough! If you come here, you NEED to request John C if that’s possible. I’ve been a customer here for the past 4 years, and John has continuously gone above and beyond for my husband and I in providing us exceptional service. He’s friendly, has a sense of humor, and most importantly, never rips us off. Such a fresh breath of air from the bottom of the barrel service from other dealerships I shall not name. I’ve always encountered arrogant salesmen masquerading as “service advisors”. I’ve always left John’s office feeling taken care of, with confidence that I’m only paying for what my car actually needs. He communicates very well, and has always explained why our car needs or doesn’t need xyz in a way that makes sense - which always puts us at ease. Thank you fletcher Jones imports, and thank you John Clough! You have a customer for life.

Anytime you need Mercedes service, go to Fletcher Jones Imports on Sahar and ask for Dennis Eich . . . been going to him for more than 10 years, three different vehicles. He's responsive, informed, courteous, and very honest. He saves me $$ too. Has always guided my wife and me truthfully. Great guy!

The wife and I went in for repairs on a vehicle we owned and ultimately left in the vehicle we needed. The salesman "Ori" took great care of us. Everything went as smoothly as possible. We had a small issue about 2 months in and they kept their word on the repairs and our service rep "David Miller" facilitated things appropriately. Thanks again!

John (Service) From the moment John introduced himself to me until the moment he sent me off with a loaner vehicle, his professionalism and authenticity stood out. He went above and beyond to thoroughly check everything related to my car, and I can honestly say I’ve never received service like that before. If I ever need to return to Mercedes, I’d want to work with John. he is truly one of none. Krystle (Valet/Vehicle Pickup) Krystle took great care of my car and handled everything with kindness and a gentle demeanor. If I could drop here -50000 ⭐️ stars,I would. I took my 2002 Mercedes to them,for a service B (what includes OIL CHANGE ,Air filter and brake fluid replacement) Also I was asking them to perform the wheel alignment,cause the car was pooling a bit too much to the right.. Mr John was the shop manager. I told him all my needs and then he said;DONT WORRY, you will have the car ready by the end of the day. The important fact is : i dropped the car at 8:30AM ( I did the appointment one day before) And guess what??? Around 4 pm I called them,to ask if car is ready,but the answer was NO. They didn’t even put in the shop. John was so rude and unprofessional answers ,like lying 🤥,he didn’t have idea what’s wrongs with my car,but start telling me like my car is old ,and that’s why will need more time to perform the service B ( oil change -2 days). Anyway I had nothing to do with the situation. On the next day,they text me around 4pm “car is ready “ When I came, I found the invoice for $2270 For service B , wheel alignment and some gaskets replacement. ✔️ ok. After the invoice was paid,the brought me the car. But guess what. Alignment witch was done by them is the worst in the world. Car steel pooling me to the right.
