BMW of Las Vegas Service Center

Dealing with Lexis who is a senior service advisor. has been a tremendously positive experience for me. She leaves no stone unturned to ensure customer satisfaction and has really gone above and beyond in helping me get my vehicle issue resolved. I also had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Benny who is the chief mechanic of the service department. He is such a courteous and professional person and I was floored by his attitude and expertise. This has made up for my previous poor experience while buying a BMW from them about 2.5 years ago. Thank you Lexis and Benny. You guys really shine bright at BMW of Las Vegas!

I have been using the BMW of Las Vegas service center for the past 12+ years, and it has been hit or miss. I like the ability to book and change an appointment online. The SA I had was thorough and provided updates while I waited for the service to be completed. The issues I've usually experienced have to do with the techs on the maintenance side. This go around the cabin filter had to be replaced which is in the passenger footwell. There was a bunch of leaves, dirt, pine needles and such that came out and just left on the floorboard. The second was the carwash, while I appreciate it being complimentary, it didn't appear to have the water blown off or wiped off, which due to the color of the car, leaves streaks all over....I get it, first world problems....but it's those little things and attention to detail that would eventually make this place shine. But I've been going there for over 12+ years and nothing has really changed.

Frank was the agent who helped me. He was very helpful and friendly. l got a great service from the technician Nelson as well. Over all l enjoyed my first time servicing my car here.!

BMW always takes great care of my car. Did push a bit on wanting me to replace my tires since they are 7 years old but they are still in great shape as I don’t drive much. They also were wanting me to get the most expensive tires. So didn’t care for that. And told me that one motor mount was torn and leaking hydraulic fluid, which is a complete lie since that’s impossible. Also they got me a ride home but that was a charge on my invoice. So didn’t enjoy all of that and the lack of transparency and honesty.

Caleb was my service advisor. Very professional and helpful. Clearly explained the services that my vehicle needed and went above and beyond to make sure my transportation home and back to the service department was taken care of. 5 star service!!!

I brought in my car for a battery recharge and regular service. I don’t need the car — mostly drive just for leisure — so I really wanted the process to be simple and clear. Sonnie (the manager) helped me from start to finish, and her communication style made all the difference. Even though dealership service comes with a premium, I’m okay with it — as long as I feel informed and the pricing isn’t outrageous. I’ve done all my maintenance here — including battery replacement. Sonnie wasn’t just upfront about pricing, she also over-communicated (which I much prefer over under-communication). That made the entire process feel transparent and respectful. I have no reason to go elsewhere when the service is done right and I know exactly what I’m getting. It was a great experience, and I’ll come back and recommend to friends.

The service and maintenance performed is worthy of 5 stars. Frank H. and Carlos, my service managers, and additionally Ray, the certified technician performing all maintenance, did an outstanding job! I have been doing business with BMW of Las Vegas since 2019. I'm always treated with the utmost courtesy and respect! I particularly like when the Service Technician text messages a video of your entire inspection. You get to see everything for yourself. This adds that special touch to ensure the transparency of your vehicles health. Keep up the outstanding work BMW of Las Vegas!

BMW of Las Vegas took great care of my X5. I recently moved and I was due for a service and they were able to get it done very quickly. The team in the service department are very friendly and helpful.

Very satisfied with the quality of service. Arrived on time for my appointment. There were a good number of service reps handling a pretty heavy volume. This was my car's first service / oil change and overall review. Less then 2 hours later car completed, washed and ready to roll. I was very impressed and have high praise for the service department

Service Writer Caleb was easy to talk to as we explained our reason for today's service. His easy going demeanor helped my wife feel comfortable in leaving her X4 in his hands. During the vehicle pickup, he walked her out to the vehicle for an inspection, which it passed, and he took note of her satisfaction. We are looking forward to future vehicle service appointments with Caleb and Las Vegas BMW. Thanks, Joyce and Steve
