Take 5 Oil Change

I sent my son up there today for a simple oil change, Not only did Josh try to strong arm him into buying unnecessary filters & wiper blades after multiple NOs, they conveniently forgot my Veteran Discount. When I went up there for both reasons I was asked for my I D by Hugh ( I did provide ) then was told he still wouldn’t adjust the bill & after I that I was asked to leave. Not recommended for Veterans their families or anyone else. My response to their response…Call you for ? After I confirmed with you everything was legitimate & showed you my Veterans I D , You asked me to leave… you didn’t care to talk then. How about this ? Next time just do the right thing & have your tech quit picking on kids ?

Great experience. I spent about $50 for the economy oil change. There are cheaper places but these folks were super friendly, VERY efficient, and VERY professional. When I first pulled up I got a friendly greeting and a cold bottled water. They moved fast but showed me the dipstick after filling to confirm they had filled it to my satisfaction. They offered other services that I declined, however, they did not come off with a high pressure approach. They let me know that I am able to come in for a top up midway between oil changes at no cost. I've never had a place offer me that before. My car's engine is known to burn oil, so that's a big economic and convenience benefit for me. I've maintained my own cars for 20 years and know my stuff - I just don't save that much changing my own oil anymore. I was very happy with my experience. I will absolutely come see these folks again. Carly was my attendant in case she gets credit for a good review.

The crew was very knowledgeable and efficient. They provided all of the cost options without pressuring to purchase the higher price oil/wiper blades. Great place to have an oil change.

I am from out of town on vacation and decided that I would get my oil change before driving the 400 mile trip back home. Take5 was the closest and that was the only reason I chose the location for convenience. If I wrote about everything that was good I would have 7 pages of positive comments. The entire crew was professional, knowable, thorough and efficient. ….you will have to trust the opinion of a 59 year old engineer.

I had my oil changed and a coolant flush done (the coolant flush was desperately needed) at Take 5. The staff were very friendly. Mitch, Josh, and Hugh were great! They did not offer me anything I didn’t need and gave me proof of the services they recommended. It was around 15 degrees outside when I went and my windshield was dirty and I couldn’t clean it due to my wiper blades being frozen. They cleaned my windshield and got the ice off of my wiper blades without me even having to ask! This was my second time going to Take 5 and I will continue to go to Take 5 and send my family! Great costumer service is rare these days so it’s greatly appreciated!

I had a great experience with stopping at Take 5 Oil Change. They had a couple cars in front of me but I was not in a hurry. They got me in the bay, recognized my Veteran status and thanked me for my service. Great experience and conversation with the team lead. They communicated with each other on the steps to make sure that they double checked each others work. I was happy with their service and was out the door in no time. Definitely worth the wait.

Best shop and experience I have ever had in my life! Immediately as I pulled into line the manager Josh greeted me at my car with a water bottle and a smile. He was so sweet and directed me which door to pull up to. I don’t live in Strongsville so I got my last oil change done elsewhere about 1 month ago but today as I left work a big sign came on my dashboard saying “OIL CHANGE REQUIRED” which concerned me so I went to the closest place possible and thank goodness it was here. The boys (Josh, Draven, and Tyler) took such good care of me. They informed me that the previous place just did not reset my oil change light and that’s why the notification came on my dashboard today. Instead of convincing me to get another oil change they just fixed my light AND Josh noticed that my one windshield wiper was broken so he fixed it immediately! I guess just a bolt came loose or something. Absolutely incredible service. I work at a big name company in Strongsville and you best believe I will be sending everyone to this place. Having those guys work there was a phenomenal hiring choice. Perfect customer service. I would hire them immediately! They all need raises! Even the car in front of me insisted on buying them all pizza for dinner so you know they are providing quality service to everyone they encounter. Can not begin to recommend this place enough. Josh needs his own store!

It was great, the technicians were VERY friendly, they didn't talk down to me or try to rip me off, because I'm a woman. They were professional and checked things that I didn't know were important. I even learned a few things about my car that I didn't know I needed to know. I plan on returning and have already told my sister that she needs to go there instead of dealership. Professional, kind, and courteous staff.
