Been driving by this store for years and always thought it looked kind of empty. The other day i stopped by, i needed some windshield wipers. Looking at the selection i did not see the size i needed. Looked at the check out place and i see a very busy “professor” clicking away on the computer. So i approached and patiently waiting to get his attention. Nothing! Still standing thinking he is busy, so i am going to give him more time, no problem. Nothing! I looked around the store there wasn’t a single person at the store. Now i even scared to say something to the guy, just waiting for him to maybe say hello or how can i help you. Nothing! By now i understand why this store is empty. I went to advanced auto parts right down the street and i am glad i did. I don’t need someone to hold my hand, but if you don’t acknowledge my presence then you don’t want my business and that’s fine with me. Lol good luck

The staff is super friendly and helpful, and definitely paying attention to customer needs. The phones were going off near-constantly, but Kayla helped me find the best piece for my car and looked up something better than what I had picked out for myself (and for a better price) without any prompting! I'm definitely going to be coming back for anything else I may need for my car

They didn't have the fuse I needed @ Napa. The, very helpful, worker (sorry can't remember his name) referred me to a place called 'Fuses Unlimited'. He actually called the place. Found out they had what I needed and made sure I could go there to buy it. VERY HELPFUL! He saved our a@#es! THANK YOU NAPA!

The guy Dennis at the counter was really rud The Who time I was there trying to find a radiator hose. They didn’t have the exact one and with 5 minutes left before the store closed his exact words were “as seeing as I have been here 12 hrs I don’t have the time for you to go look at the hose wall and find something “ I was very upset we were leaving that next morning for a trip and had to go elsewhere to find a hose. Very disappointed in the customer service I will never return to this Napa again!

To the owner/manager, I had a very disappointing experience at this Napa Auto Parts location that I hope you’ll take seriously. I came in to return some items I no longer needed. There were multiple employees behind the counter, and even after I said "hi," no one acknowledged me. When I tried to make the return, the employee went to speak with the manager and then came back to tell me they would prefer not to help with it. I was told to go to another location—over 40 minutes away—because they “didn’t profit from the sale.” I later went to a different Napa location, where they accepted the return with no issue and confirmed that returns can be processed at any Napa store. So what I was told earlier wasn’t even accurate. Frankly, the way I was treated left me feeling unwelcome, and I can’t ignore the possibility that it may have been racially motivated. I truly hope that’s not the case—but the lack of basic customer service and courtesy was unacceptable either way. I’m sharing this in hopes that the owner sees it and takes the time to address how customers are being treated at this location. No one should be made to feel disregarded or pushed away for any reason.
