Customer Service at it's finest! The Strongsville location has a manager named Josh, who is awesome! He and his team got my daughter's car in and out on an extremely busy day, and was so kind and patient throughthe process. We are very happy customers!

Very disappointed in this location. Had tires put on in beginning of October at which time I asked for brakes to be looked at. When I picked up my vehicle, I asked how the brakes were and I was given the response " they are good". Two weeks later the brakes were replaced because the passenger inner pad was wore down to the pad plate itself ruining the rotor. This past weekend my vehicle was in for a rear differential service. At the time of booking the appointment and when the vehicle was dropped off, I reminded them an additive was required for the limited slip. I also asked for an oil change to be done. An hour and a half later i get a call that my truck could not be serviced because they would need to get the additive from Ford. Also my oil change was not done. What a disappointment for this level of incompetence and lack of communication.

This installation center was unable to fulfill service at a scheduled appointment (without any communication) resulting in over 5 hours of my time wasted. Before making a purchase with Goodyear, I suggest asking yourself what your time is worth, because this location appears unable to respect the value of a customer's time.

Excellent friendly service. We were at a hotel, woke up to find a flat tire (road hazard: a big bolt/screw stuck in the tire!). They took care of it in less than one hour and we were happily on our way. Thank you so much to the Goodyear staff at Pearl Road, Strongsville, Ohio

I had my 1st flat tire in 20 years and could not have had better service! Torio had my tires in stock, could fit me in the same day, and I got them on sale. I had my 2nd flat tires in 20 years, 5 days later and everything was under warranty & I again was taken care of. I will not go anywhere else for my tires:)
