Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Best service i ever got .. Fast, efficient, and very nice guys.. Cleanest place I've ever seen for a oil change. I also like to add that they will go out of there way to make sure you get everything done to your Vehicle and get a deals on the price before you just get sendet on your away. Now that's service. Thanks again.

This was my first experience with Strickland. The gentlemen that were working around 2pm on 10/7 were great! Especially the manager. He helped me dig out a rodent nest from my cabin filter area. I had no idea that was there and was slightly embarrassed, But he didn’t seem to mind at all. I also liked that they filled my tires and looked over the car. Will definitely be doing my oil changes here from now on.

I previously Loved this place. was a repeat customer and believed one of the best places to go. I stopped by today, the cashier was very respectful and helpful. however when he was offering me oil options, I went to select one of the cheaper options as I always had. At this point two of the 'mechanics' walked over and insisted I needed full synthetic. Admittedly, I'm not super versed on vehicles, but I was fairly certain I had never heard of this requirement for my vehicle. One of the mechanics even stated "a simple Google search would show you this if you looked" and showed me their phone googling a specific term. The cashier continued to be respectful and agreed their records showed they never used synthetic before and helped me find coupons. After one of the mechanics stated if I didn't use this oil my warranty would be voided, I agreed to the full synthetic. Doubling my usual price of around $60 to around $120. After a 'simple Google search' of my own after the change. I failed to find a single article stating my specific vehicle needed full synthetic. I even spoke to a family friend who works for the manufacturer of my vehicle who stated not a single vehicle they produce requires full synthetic. Shame on me for not knowing better. But also, shame on this place for lying and taking advantage. I do appreciate the cashier who was respectful and didn't seem to want any part of the mechanics shenanigans. I do agree this place is very fast, and previously did have good experiences. But I advise caution to anyone who does not fully know better when it comes to your manufacturer recommendations on oil. The mechanics here cannot be trusted to be truthful with what your vehicle truly needs.

Another great experience here! Second oil change with them and I feel so comfortable going. The men working there are friendly, efficient, educated and do not force things if you'd rather wait or decline, which is so appreciated. I recommend them 100%. Thanks, Strickland Brothers!

Troy was very friendly and helpful and explained throughly what was going on and what I needed to get. Great customer service and I will most definitely be back to this place. I will recommend them to others as well.

Quickest oil change I’ve ever had! DJ was super friendly, offered waters to everyone in the car while we waited and was so personable. Never tried to upsell me, or talk me into a more expensive oil, which I appreciate. Ray and Brandon were efficient and kind, I was in and out. Great team and excellent service!! Will definitely be back for my next oil change and will recommend to my friends and family! Thank you!
