I recently had a great experience at Firestone when my tire pressure light came on. I drove in without an appointment, and the staff quickly came to my aid. They were incredibly professional and courteous, explaining exactly what my car needed. They promptly took care of the issue and made sure everything was in perfect condition before sending me back on the road. The entire process was efficient and stress-free, and I was back on the road in no time at all. I highly recommend Firestone for their exceptional service and attention to detail. Strongsville Firestone was very quick in checking my Honda CR-V for tire safety and recommending a good replacement set. I also had an oil change completed at the same time, all the work was done in almost no time, my car runs like a dream and I know I can trust my new tires for years to come.

This place is a rip off. I called for quote to dismount 4 tires from rims. That's all, Just take tires off 4 of my rims and I'll take old tires. They quoted me $130.00 +tax. What? Are you kidding me. How do you stay in business? To the response below.. Too late, I had the 4 tires remove for under $20.00.. How can you justify a $110.00 difference in the price of labor? What do you charge? $200.00 per hour for labor?

Don't go there. Despite the very exaggerated prices, they have no respect for appointments or people's circumstances. I booked an appointment online at 1:00 and when I went at the appointment time, he told me I had to wait and he has no idea about online appointments. He even looked at me with arrogance, maybe because I am colored. So I don't advise anyone to go there because neither I nor my friends will go there forever.

Made an appointment 8 days prior to getting new tires. Took day off work to get it handled and they called me day before and said they don’t have tires I want in stock and would have to order. When I said I made appointment week prior the bitter worker just said ok. Said he would get them by 12… it’s 4 and still no tires. I just scheduled with Goodyear instead. Never getting my money!

I got a flat near this tire center and was able to drive in. They were able to help me right away. Coincidentally, I had an appt in two days to get a new set of tires and they had a better set for $100 less! They were able to install them while I waited. We have had other flats over the years and they have always been great to work with.

I called in to Firestone around 9:30 AM after getting a flat tire to see if I could have it patched/replaced within the hour. I was told yes by Vince which is the only reason I brought my car to Firestone; a company I wasn’t planned on using again after I felt I was overcharged in the past by them. When I entered the building, someone else helped me at the front desk and told me my car would be done by 1-2 if that was okay. I let him know that I had actually called in prior to coming and Vince had assured me it could be done with about an hour turnaround and the front desk then said 11 AM. I confirmed he said 11 AM and thanked him. I called about five after 11 AM to double check it was all done and I spoke to Vince again, who acted as though we hadn’t spoken prior, who told me they hadn’t done anything with it yet and gave random reasons as to why. Even after replaying our conversation and then the second conversation I had with the person who was at the desk when I arrived, I was given a few more explanations as to why it wasn’t done. I’ll be picking up my car now with no services completed because this company doesn’t keep their word and makes blind promises to people without knowing whether or not they can accommodate those promises.
