Rad Air Complete Car Care and Tire Center - Strongsville

I called on a Saturday when they were closed and my call was promptly returned the next day. That’s where the great service started! I REALLY needed new brakes and rotors and Mike was able to schedule me in the next day, first thing in the morning as I needed my car later that day. They were even kind enough to give me a free loaner to drive around while repairs were being completed. Mike was transparent about the prices and what I needed done on my car, NEVER trying to upsell me on something I didn’t need. In addition to the great customer service, Mike was conversational and talked to me like he had known me for years. This is THE PLACE to go for your car repairs.

First time customer at Radair. Great Customer service and front office! They got me scheduled in same day and I was out a few hours later. Mike explained and showed me everything that needed to be fixed after my car was reviewed. I also received a follow up to make sure there weren’t any issues and everything was running properly. I appreciate the customer service and the techs that were able to make this a quick and smooth fix.

Wonderful service facility. They’ll provide an estimate for service time and they’re fair priced for service work. Staff is friendly and took time to explain exactly what was done upon completion. I look forward to using them as my trusted mechanics.

I was impressed with the customer service that I received getting my oil changed and my brakes replanted. I had no idea that I needed to have my brakes done. I sincerely liked the way I was treated. I was even given a loaner which I really appreciated since I had errands to run and both places that I needed to go closed at 5:00z

I've been bringing my car to Rad Air in Strongsville since it opened, and I can't recommend them highly enough! The service is always top-notch, and Mike Munger, the owner, treats every customer with respect and honesty. His team is knowledgeable, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure quality work. Whether it's routine maintenance or a major repair, I know I can trust them to get the job done right. In my opinion, Rad Air in Strongsville is the best auto repair shop in Northeast Ohio!

Took my car to another shop. Got a brand new lifetime warranty part installed for a $1000. Less the what they wanted. No, because I did not have the work done by them. The other part was what's put in, they're giving me a hard time about warranting it. They're mad. I didn't get the work done by them. Wow.

I took my GMC truck to Rad air to get my radiator and oil cooler lines replaced. They did this and did a great job HOWEVER, I had my truck diagnosed by GMC & was told all fluids are in order, and my AC was blowing cold prior to taking it here. About a month after my repairs were done , my AC was not blowing cold. I get it looked at else where and am informed there are no leaks, and my freon was completely empty I was then told that it is strongly believed my freon was taken out and not put back. I call Mike to discuss the $175.00 I just paid for their mistake in not putting my Freon back in and he claims he did not touch my AC unit however I’m not sure with zero leaks how my truck is emptied completely. I would have at a bare minimum respected an honest apology, however I was met with him placing blame on the customer rather than being honest about stealing $175.00 from me after I spent $1,800.00 with them for the other repairs. Mike tried to tell me you don’t need to touch the AC unit and the AC unit has no effect on the radiator, I simply google this myself & I see the exact opposite on reputable websites. I wouldn’t recommend going to this establishment.

Rad air again was very accommodating in taking our truck in to assess if any maintenance was required do to noise heard after truck was parked for a few weeks. They kept for two days to ensure nothing more than rust accumulating on the brake pads. No upselling diagnostic cost only
