While traveling to the area from our home in Florida we struck an object in the road that damaged our exhaust system. After reading the reviews for this shop we gave them a try and we could not have been more pleased with the service we received. Ed was able to fabricate a solution that solved our problem at a fraction of the cost it would have cost us had we gone to the local dealership or other shops. Ed shared that he has 30 years of experience and we very much appreciated his solution and the quality of work provided by him and his crew. 5 stars all the way!!!

I swear I left a review before but must not have. I will always recommend this place. I used to go to the dealership and came here for a second opinion. Not only did they catch the mistakes made by the dealership, but actually took me too my car to show me what was wrong and compared it to a good part so I could fully understand the issue. I'm not treated like a girl who doesn't know things and can make a quick buck off of and that's what matters (besides the great service).

Took my truck in today with a screw in my rear tire. The guys were very professional and kind. They didn't charge me for what they did. They were honest and took care of me. Turns out my tire was okay. I would highly recommend these guys.

My family and I were traveling east on the Ohio Turnpike late in the afternoon on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving when our car started to beep an alarm and we saw a warning: Engine Coolant High Temperature! Thankfully, at the next exit, we came across the Midas on Royalton Road in Strongsville, Ohio, and we met Ed. We received the absolute best care at this Midas. Ed helped us immediately, and let us know that he could help us with our problem after Thanksgiving. We were able to rent a car at a nearby rental place, and Ed did everything he could to get our car cared for earlier than he had anticipated possible because he knew we had to travel back to Chicago after the holiday. With the expertise of an experienced progressional, Ed not only diagnosed the issue, but fixed our problem and helped us get on our way back west before the huge lake effect snow storm arrived. We highly recommend this Midas, and especially Ed and his team. Ed is is honest, knowledgeable, experienced and professional. If we lived near Strongsville, we'd bring our cars to this Midas any time work needed to be done. Thank you so very much!

I had a great experience at Midas! The team was incredibly honest and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need and took care of a problem for free (rock stuck in between control arm and body of my car). Their pricing was fair, and the service was quick and professional. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but I’ll definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend!
