Great experience for a process that typically is not enjoyable. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. They were efficient and had great communication during the long distance process (and my million questions). Thank you Raj and Mike.

Wow. Talk about poor customer service. Or to be honest lack there of. California gets a spot of rain and suddenly no one is interested in helping you. A gentleman (never provided his name or welcomed us to the dealership) in a camouflage jacket (very professional) asked if we were just charging or we were trying to look at a car. After I informed him I was interested in one of the 17 lyrics he had on his lot he left and returned with a key to a base model lyric. I suppose that’s all he thought I could afford since I was dressed down on a rainy afternoon. After inquiring about a luxury 2 or 3 he responded that he thought they had a luxury 2 and then left. I assumed he was getting a key. But after 20 min of waiting in the rain I decided to look for him. He was in the lobby waiting for another customer to sell to. I asked to test drive a vehicle. His response. Well i think we have a used one. That’s all we can test drive. And understanding they may have a specific test drive vehicle for certain occasions I agreed. 2-5 min go buy and he returns empty handed and lies to my face. I’m sorry we cannot do test drives today. With the rain and street light being out it’s just too dangerous. But come back another day. I responded. No it’s ok I’ll find another dealership. Instantly satisfied he left. No other comments made. As I left in my 75,000$ polestar I decided the way I was treated was unacceptable and decided to leave this review. I hope their business gets the same treatment I was given. To those wanting to purchase a Cadillac please shop elsewhere. Unless of course you come in looking like money. Then maybe you will be treated better.

We bought a New Cadillac Lyriq here but since it was late and getting dark and it wasn't clean enough we couldn't check it out like we should, but we were told that if we notice anything they were going to fix it later, I started to notice some stuff but didn't have time to take it back the first 2 weeks then I wash detailed it so I notice some scratches on one of the windows were the decals were removed, I called to make an appointment for the scratches and other stuff to be fixed I ended having to wait for a long time because they didn't have a lender, when I took it for the appointment they fixed some of the stuff but denied to fix he window scratches because the seller lied to me about fixing the stuff later, I contacted him and told him about it but he didn't want to help me and just ghosted me now I am here with one of my Lyriq windows scratched by them

Very dishonest, I wouldn't recommend anyone spending their hard earned money here.
