Their team of BMW Certified Master technicians is equipped with the latest knowledge and tools to handle a wide range of maintenance and repair needs. Key services include:

  • Routine Maintenance: This encompasses all factory-scheduled services, including BMW oil changes, tire rotations and replacements, fluid checks (e.g., coolant system service, brake fluid flush), and multi-point inspections. These are crucial for maintaining the vehicle's performance, safety, and long-term value.
  • Advanced Diagnostics and Repair: With specialized diagnostic equipment, technicians can accurately diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues. This includes addressing check engine light indicators, transmission concerns, and other performance-related problems. They are particularly equipped for complex repairs.
  • Brake Service: Comprehensive brake inspections and services, including brake pad and disc replacements, are performed to ensure the optimal performance and safety of BMW's high-performance braking systems.
  • Tire Services: Beyond rotations, they offer a full tire store with a selection of BMW-approved tires, along with precision four-wheel alignments to ensure proper handling and tire longevity.
  • BMW Electric Vehicle (EV) Service: As a leading EV dealership, Stevens Creek BMW is specially equipped to service electric BMW models like the Taycan (incorrectly listed in the prior query but implying general EV capability) and the i Series. This includes specialized diagnostics, battery checks, and maintenance specific to high-voltage systems.
  • ADAS Calibration: For modern BMWs equipped with Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS), such as lane departure warnings and adaptive cruise control, calibration is performed after certain repairs (e.g., windshield replacement) to ensure these crucial safety systems function correctly.
  • Warranty Repair: As an authorized service center, they perform all repairs covered under BMW's factory warranty, addressing defects in materials or workmanship with genuine parts.
  • Genuine BMW Parts: A fundamental commitment of their service is the exclusive use of Original BMW Parts. These parts are designed, manufactured, and tested to BMW's exacting standards, ensuring a perfect fit, optimal performance, and preserving the vehicle's structural integrity, safety features, and long-term value. This is backed by a 48-month/50,000-mile warranty on parts and labor.
  • Collision Center Referrals: While not a direct service, they often have affiliations with certified BMW collision centers to ensure proper post-accident repair using genuine parts and certified procedures.

  • BMW Value Service: This program is specifically designed for older BMW models (often after 60 months or 60,000 miles), offering competitive pricing on essential maintenance services like oil changes, brake pad replacements, and diagnostic checks. For instance, pre-paying for two years of BMW Certified Oil Changes for $225 is a notable offer.
  • Service Specials: These are regularly updated promotions on various services, which could include discounts on specific maintenance tasks, tire purchases, or accessory installations. Customers are encouraged to check the "Service Specials" section on their official website.
  • Tire Promotions: Seasonal or ongoing deals on BMW-approved tires, sometimes coupled with alignment services, are common to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Service Inclusive Packages: BMW offers Service Inclusive packages, which allow customers to prepay for a certain period or mileage of maintenance, covering essential services and sometimes wear parts like brakes. These packages can offer significant savings compared to paying for services individually.
  • Roadside and Accident Assistance: While not a direct discount, BMW's comprehensive roadside and accident assistance, often coordinated through the service center, provides invaluable support and peace of mind.

Stevens Creek BMW Service Center Customer Reviews

Customer service and professionalism were impeccable. The only negative note was my car was drclean when it came in and not when I got it back, white powder or spray on the tires and same with water spots on passenger side of the car. Would have been nice to have a cleaned car.

This might be the first time I was very disappointed with the service at Stevens Screek BMW Service Center. I don't have complains with the oil change itself as it is a very straightforward job. The complain comes from the integrity of the service team. I was using the valet service, meaning that someone from the service team will come to my address to pick up the car, and return the car to the same address when the service is done. My car was sent in at 11:58AM at 82609 miles. The record shows that the car was ready at 14:35PM at the same 82609 miles. I received the car around 6PM at 82696 miles. I live in Cupertino and google maps shows 6.8 miles from my home to the service center, while 87 miles was driven before it came back to my address. I do see the trip mile is showing 007.5 miles, which is the actual miles the valet driver drove from the service center to my address. Hence, I suspect that someone within BMW was driving my car for around 80 miles after the car was done with the service and before the valet driver drove it back. I would be very concerned with the behavior of this Service Center. I hope Service Manager will take it seriously as an opportunity of improving the service quality and integrity of the team. Anyone who did this regularly within your team will eventually hurt the whole business and reputation. --------- Edit on May 14, 2025 Thanks Quynh for your response. This means that you care about the business and your customer. I really appreciate you providing the additional information. If the vehicle's mileage was 52,687 when it was onboarded, then I am sure the valet driver was taking some extra miles when he picked up the vehicle before he arrived at the Service Center. In the morning the gas tank was a bit below 1/4 (I knew it because I know I have sufficient gas to drive to work the next day and enough for the weekend), and when the vehicle was back, the gas tank was almost empty (21 miles left). So either your onboarding system was correct on my paper (showing 82609 miles), or your valet driver drove the extra miles before dropping off my vehicle at the Service Center. Please investigate.

I've owned many cars from many different brands (mostly Mercedes). This is my first time taking a chance on BMW. I was always weary due to their reputation of being unreliable. I didn't want to take chances with buying a used one so I purchased a brand new 2025 BMW Alpina XB7. Alpina is supposed to be hand built and considered one of their highest models. 1.5 months into ownership with about 600 miles.. the car had issues starting. I had to have it towed to Stevens Creek BMW. What was suppose to be an 8 hr job as they told me.. ended up being 22 days. And no, it was not because they were waiting for parts. When I finally got the car back, it was filthy. It was towed there clean and came back with bird sht in 3-4 spots and dirty. Worse dealership experience I ever had. I don't recommend BMW as a brand to anyone.
