This place is totally a scam! I would give them 0 star if Yelp has that option! Came in for winter special service package, including oil change, oil filter, tire rotation, windshield wipers, top off fluids, multi inspections. Got a gift card from Mo with the amount of $99.97 for the whole package. Before I left the car, I asked Danny the advisor how much will it cost, and he told me I just have to pay the different because the package only includes 5 quarts but my Atlas need another quart. He failed to let me know that I have to pay $99.97 (which doesn't make any sense because I got the gift card for that package!) before they took my car in for service. Drove my car back home and check again. They didn't rotate my tires, didn't change windshield wipers, and off course no fill up fluids! I wonder if they even changed my oil filter! I marked my car before bring it in, that's how I know. Never come back to this dealership again! what a rotten egg!

Been waiting 1.5 hours for an oil change still not ready. Not going to get into it but the first service advisor was not helpful or knowledgeable. The second that I worked with was ok. Not feeling a sense of pride or professionalism here. There is a lack of hiring good employees as I had similar problems at Tracy VW where I bought my car.

Quality of the service department and agents has dropped substantially since pandemic from very good to pretty mediocre. Also Service Manager is a sketchy guy who can override and refuse the warranty claim AFTER it was already approved by a service advisor previously

I paid $150 to have my car diagnosed because my car sometimes won't go when I put it in reverse & sometimes doesn't shift up when I'm driving.. The check engine light came on so I brought it to "the experts". They diagnosed it and said the mechatronic unit needed to be replaced. Two weeks & $3700 later I got my car back. My car had the EXACT SAME PROBLEMS and within a couple of days the check engine light came back on. I brought it back in and they rediagnosed it as needing a new transmission and would be another $7,000-8,000! My car is a 2011 vw jetta with 110k miles.. I would have traded it if they would have diagnosed it correctly to begin with. I am a single mom & college student. I can't afford such an expensive mistake. Rowan said he would talk to the manager to see what they could do for me, but never even bothered getting back to me. I called and still no return call. Still waiting weeks later..

When I took my car here, I was prepared for some sort of over-charge. It was a pleasant surprise all around. Great service. Good price. Prompt turnaround of the vehicle. They made a convert out of me! Thanks guys. I will be back!
