My service was scheduled to be only a software update. However, my vehicle also required an oil change and the reverse button had an air bubble that was a cosmetic blemish. Alma from the service department was able to get both of these taken care of for me. Waiting room had comfy chairs with little desks for those working on laptops. Very happy with my visit!

I have had to work with Alma the last couple times and it has not been a great experience. The other folks in the servicing department are much better partners to work with. I understand that the hospitality in general reduces once sale is made and we reach servicing but Alma provides the worst customer service and experience from all the other customer experience experts I have interacted with here and elsewhere. She is curt, dismissive, rude and unkind. I would appreciate a better and kinder experience where my questions aren’t dismissed. It’s another thing that they might not be able to do something about your question but another thing to be rude and dismissive about it.

This was my first visit to this Dealership. I did not have an appointment because I am not always in the area and my check engine had come on and was staying on. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival. The greeting staff was extremely helpful and guided me to where I needed to go. While waiting I was greeted by the manager Dana Caldwell. I explained my situation and he went into immediate action. He introduced me to an advisor Alma who was very friendly and professional, she assured me that they would do their best to diagnose and repair my vehicle as soon as possible. My issue had more than one possible cause and was not in a currently failed status. The shop foreman was consoled and recommended a prudent action plan. I agreed and proceeded with the repair plan. I highly recommend this service department. It was clear to me that the leadership here is customer focused and although challenged with their facilities, I felt welcomed and very well taken care of especially being my first visit. I was on my way in a reasonable time and the cost was extremely fair. They also supplied me with a repair estimate in the event the additional repairs are needed if the check engine light comes on with the same fault/error code. Thanks again to Dana, Alma and the staff!

I got a call the same day I had another shop figure out my radiator was busted. My warranty company reached out to the dealership and the service manager called me 15 minutes later. They took care of getting the car towed to them, made sure the warranty paid the other shop directly, and got my radiator replaced in a day!!! Shout of to the service manager, Dana, for calling and getting my car in ASAP, which does not happen at dealerships, and thanks to Nick who kept me updated and got me a rental right away! Amazing service shop customer service and the repair was done correctly.

Recently had my 2017 Sonata Hybrid serviced. It had lots of misfires, alignment issues just hitting 60k miles. They were so helpful. Way more than I thought in both work and money but through honest conversation, we got to a good middle ground. When I got the car, I noticed they picked up my sagging bumper that needs repair AND the car runs beyond good. I didn’t realize until now what care it needed. Fair price with high value return. I love the people there too! 🙏

Very efficient and courteous. No line when I showed up early to check in. My service advisor Nick was friendly, professional and efficient. He got me processed quickly, explained the pricing (most of what was needed was at not cost) and ordered a Lyft to take me home. I got a text later asking if I wanted to pay to replace the cabin air filter - price was fine so yes, and 30 minutes after that, another saying the car was ready, ahead of expectations. Painless checkout and I was on my way. Happy to recommend the Stevens Creek Hyundai Service Center.

Had a "bubble" appear on my driver's side front tire and took it in to be replaced. Was told that even though it was only a month and two days from purchase, that I must have got something to cause it and we had no coverage for the tires. We bought the extended coverage and the gap insurance etc. But whatever. Then, my husband called the tire manufacturers who said the dealership can file a claim to be reimbursed, which he then has to relay the steps to the dealership. This, to me, seems a bit backwards. I do appreciate that the service manager, Dana, did a wonderful thing by giving us a discount, so I truly am thankful for that!!! Hopefully we will get the reimbursement!
