Very smooth and straightforward service. Got all the parts I wanted within 1 day and just another day to have them fitted in. They also gave me a loaner car for free on the day my car was being serviced. Yes the parts are a bit expensive and the service labour charges are a bit high compared to other off-market parts but this is the official service center and authentic parts which are made for your cars thus retaining their resale value too.

I suppose if you have plenty of money you would just pay 300 per check light to have things diagnosed. That’s what I was told. Even when it was just a parking light bulb that needed to be replaced. I ended up paying 42 dollars down the street for an honest mechanic who told me he wasn’t going to charge me to diagnose when it just needed a bulb replaced.

My experience with Stevens Creek Mazda has consistently been excellent. Although I live closer to the Capitol location, it simply doesn’t compare. The staff here is always helpful and communicative, and the dealership itself is exceptionally clean and well-organized. I’d gladly drive the extra distance just to receive this level of service. I’ve worked with different service advisors over time, and every interaction has been equally positive. This was my first time working with Sean—such a laid-back and easygoing person. I never felt rushed, which is exactly the kind of experience I appreciate. I’m definitely looking forward to continuing my visits here!

I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday morning. I did not have an appointment as I was having a charging system issue and did not want to risk getting stranded. They did not follow with me the whole day to let me know if the car was going to be able to be diagnose. The following day I still did not have any follow ups. I ended up calling around noon to see if anything was found, I did not speak to the original Service Advisor as he was out, so I spoke to someone else. He seemed to be very uninterested in really providing much info other than the battery was not holding a charge and it needed a new battery, and they would able to replace it for a little over 300.00. I advised him that I would be replacing it. He said then I can pick up the car at anytime. I tried calling back about 30 min later to see if they can accommodate a phone payment and have the keys available in a different department as my work hours were past their closing time. I was not able to reach anyone so I left a voice message for someone to call me back, which no one ever did. I basically called about 5 times from around 1pm to 5pm closing time and yet never was able to reach anyone in the service department. I ended up having to pick up the car on Wednesday, so for a bad battery it took over 48 hours for me to get the vehicle back. Also, I was sent a notification stating that I would be receiving a video summary of the inspection from the technician. I never received it. ( Will I go back? - No )

Sean was very pleasant and attentive from the moment I arrived. He greeted and let me know someone will be helping me soon. He ended up helping me and was very thorough checking out the service history of my car, and what was needed. I would definitely recommend this service center, and I am a repeated customer.

I don't think I get what I paid for, as I consider this as a "premium" service for Mazda vehicles. Last time I visited for 25k they got my differential oil changed (AWD) and charged ~400$ for that. That was quite an early change for differential oil but I'd take it. At least I got detailed explanation about maintenance schedule and future maintenance expectations. This time on the 30k, they added FUEL INJECTOR CLEANING for ~500$ ?! I declined and just asked them to inspect first if there were any carbon buildups. In addition to that, I noticed the car being bumpy recently and asked wheel balancing and alignment. They charged ~400$ and yeah I'd take it, but the ride quality didn't get any better. After all the inspections and adjustments and paying over $500 for the maintenance, I expected a more detailed summary of what fixes have been made - specifically for fuel injector issue, or was there any actual alignment issue. However, I was only left with "yeah you're all good" when I asked any questions, and not sure if the agent was actually checking or just wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. He was super friendly, but I left with a doubt if my car is actually properly cared - especially with 30k miles a lot of components to be inspected.
