I've been taking my GS 350 to TLS Auto Service for nearly two years. Anthony continues to win my business with his honesty, transparency, and fairness. This is the first shop I've been to where I feel like I'm not being robbed. Anthony is usually able to fit me into his schedule within a week of calling, he completes the work promptly, and I feel genuinely cared for as a customer. I HIGHLY recommend TLS Auto Service for Toyota / Lexus / Scion owners. Don't waste your money across the street at Stevens Creek Toyota.

I have been taking my vehicles for years. Extremely knowledgeable (master mechanic). Much better pricing than the dealership and higher quality service. He serviced my Lexus and services my Toyota. I trust this independent business owner more than the profit center for a dealership!

This was my first time at TLS Auto service They are prompt and do good job servicing the vehicles. The prices are Fair. I came here for my 50k service of Lexus. He said that he would do oil change and inspect the vehicle BUT then since this is a small shop I have to go for brake job again. Small inconvenience but fine since brake jobs take longer time. I would have given 5 starts , but want to see how my brake job goes and will update accordingly Overall for now I highly recommend TLS Auto service for any Lexus or Toyota maintenance

January 24, 2025 Like a fine masterpiece it requires knowledge, precision and timely care to fully experience and make it last. I brought my car for another 5K service and also I asked Anthony to replace my PCV valve. He mentioned that was already replaced in a previous service and not needed at this time. Anthony's shop integrity is paramount to our Toyota/Lexus community.
