I came to Stevens Creek Mercedes Benz to purchased a used vehicle that was advertised online. I received immediate response online and by telephone and was asked to come to see the vehicle on the lot. I did this the same day and received excellent service from Raymond McMorris. He was able to allow us to view the vehicle, determine the flaws and negotiate an outgoing price. He was patient and courteous with our requests. Due to time limitations, I requested that the repairs be done the same day and the car delivered to my home, 1 hr away, the following day. Raymond was able to get these repairs and delivery done in a timely fashion. He also communicated well with me to assure that delivery was made due to my time restrictions. Had our Mercedes serviced at MB Stevens Creek where we purchased the vehicle and am so pleased with this Dealership. Got an appointment quickly and was greated in the service drive and on our way in minutes. Car was serviced and repaired, back to us nicely cleaned and safe. After an accident, my car began producing an unusual rattling noise in the engine compartment that was difficult to pinpoint. While other services struggled to identify the issue, Mercedes Service quickly located the source and efficiently repaired the affected parts. I requested service for three issues. The first issue, regarding the adjustment of the rear right door frame and alignment, has been somewhat resolved. However, the second issue, concerning the noise from the lower engine area, remains unresolved. The response to the third issue, where the left tail light works but the right one does not, is quite shocking. I clearly showed in a photo that the driver’s side has five wires and works fine, but the passenger’s side is missing one wire and does not work. Despite this, I was told that this is normal. I would like to know if it is indeed Mercedes-Benz's policy to manufacture Sprinter vans with one tail light functioning and the other not.

I had a service representative named Ethan helping me. He kept me informed of all work done each step of the way via text message which was informative and non intrusive. I could read updates at my time, when I was not busy. This worked well for me. He also offered to get on a call if needed.

I had a truly outstanding experience with the service team at Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek. I came in with a tire leak after being told by a tire shop that I needed to replace all four tires because my car is AWD and the tires were supposedly near the end of their life. It felt like a sales tactic more than a genuine concern. Thankfully, the team at Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek took a completely honest and professional approach. They identified the issue, fixed the leak, and didn’t try to push any unnecessary replacements. No pressure, no excuses—just honest service. Their integrity and transparency really stood out to me. Our service manager Susan Sulaimani has been a pleasure to work with. She is by far the most technically knowledgable, most informed and courteous service manager we have worked with since 2010. We had have had a number of urgent emergency repairs, Susan provided us with daily updates, loaners, and most cost effective repair options with safety in mind. Grateful for her services and appreciate daily 6am updates

1. When I brought my car 2025 GLS back, the cover under the seat is not put back by technician guy after the service is done.....Even if I asked them to check where it should be put back for the first time, they said it's not part of my car.... Then I asked them to check it again carefully, they finally found it is part of the seat. After they installed it back, I found it is not installed correctly and firmly, so I asked them to install it correctly again. 2. The most important is I already brought my car to the service center 2~3 times for the same issue(the switch cannot control the seat to tilt), but the issue is still there. It's not fixed at all..... It really wastes my time and everyone's time...
