I brought in my 2020 Honda Passport to the Lomas location to have an 8 AWG power wire installed for my dual-band ham radio (under rear seat). The job was done within few hours, for a very affordable price, and with professional results. The employee was friendly and accommodating to my questions and requests. The fuse holder was mounted in a location I could easily access, not left hanging by the side of the battery like some installers do. My only complaint is that the route they used for the wire added length to the wire, which causes minor voltage loss. I understand why they did this, to avoid drilling through the firewall, but I would like to have been consulted first as I ended up moving the radio to the other side of the vehicle to minimize the power wire length. Would I recommend them for future installs? Oh, yes. Definitely.

Had an issue with my amp and tweeters in my truck, and they fixed both issues fast. Would recommend repairs as they are priced well and did a great job.

Went in to replace my original stereo and speakers. They got me in and out quickly and very clean professional results. Definitely going back to add a sub soon

The staff at Star Audio are extremely exceptional. Their customer service skills are on point, and they actually care about saving you money! Roberto is amazing, and I also interacted with Jenelle; she is very kind and proactive. The techs over at the Lomas location took good care of me before too. Great place!

BUYERS BEWARE!!- police report filed ⸻ Avoid This Place – Terrible Experience I had a very disappointing experience at this car audio shop. The customer service was absolutely horrible from the moment I walked in. Not only were the items extremely overpriced compared to other places, but they also did not use the products we had originally agreed upon. When I tried to record the poor service I was receiving (which is within my rights), the employee grabbed my phone out of my hand and refused to give it back. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Had my system upgraded bye Star Audio they did an amazing job and have great customer service. New system sounds way better than it did before. Definitely recommend coming them for your audio service.

Had a viper alarm re installed by them due to having issues, they connected everything again except the kill switch, my puddle lights don’t turn on they said it was a module but it’s due to bad wiring OR not integrating to the stock alarm, viper seems to force unlock truck, when unlocked the lights don’t turn yellow like they are supposed to. Everything works fine with oem key but with the viper it does not. They weren’t able to add the windows module due to it being (discontinued) but I did my own research to find it it’s not. Was also taken in due to having remote start problems, they told me it was fixed but I’m still having issues with remote start (randomly turning off ) 50/50. Payed 200$. 140 to re wire and 60 for them to check the problem and not be able to fix it Overall: Nice people but could not fix my problem
