Wow!!! I'm super impressed with the environment and service!! Let me break it down! Rolled up to have an oil change. Doors automatically roll up, and you're greeted instantly. They take your information and your keys, and then you're free to get yourself a delicious coffee or treat. They have a great and relaxing seating area to relax as well. I received a service text link, including a video with the mechanic working on my car and letting me know that everything with my vehicle looked good! I really can't say enough good things about my experience. I hope this continues into the future because I'm definitely not going anywhere else from now on!!

The staff at Fiesta Subaru are unfailingly polite and professional. The shop was busy and it took a few days for my problem to be diagnosed and addressed, but they were upfront about it so I wasn’t surprised. It is very nice that they will call an Uber if you don’t have a ride after leaving your car off or picking it up. Be aware that they charge a surcharge if you pay with a credit card. This was disclosed to me but it is easy to forget.

I have had good experiences with thus service dept over the past 9 years, until my most recent visit on 11/4/24. I paid over $200 to have my windshield wiper fluid lines repaired. One of the nozzles also had to be replaced because it was cracked. They didn't have the part in stock so I had to wait on a delivery from an auto parts store for a universal replacement. The first time I went to use the wipers and fluid, they didn't work. Had to go back in, and was told the other nozzle was broken. They had the Subaru part this time and replaced thus other cracked nozzle. Again, I went to use the wipers....the newest nozzle works fine, but the universal only spits a weak stream about 4" up the windshield. So, now I go back a 3rd time. A lot of hassle and inconvenience for a $200 repair

Fiesta subaru service charges a 3% credit card fee without telling you. I didn't realize they were a mom and pop shop. Would've been nice to know that.

Super happy with my experience at Fiesta Subaru. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and the waiting area is nicely stocked with snacks and refreshments, including espresso. My scheduled maintenance service was done in abut an hour, and my car returned to me cleaner than when I handed over the keys. Also, they have a cat, Onie, and you can't really beat that!

This is the best service experience I can remember. I called Monday morning with a time sensitive m overheating situation while passing through New Mexico on my way to raft the Grand Canyon and I needed to get back on the road asap. Josh in the service department was calm and accommodating from my first phone call. When I arrived he got me a phone charger and a snack. He was proactive and helpful. The whole crew appeared to work seamlessly together, and checked out my outback in what felt like record time. I also got to pet some dogs, which was very nice. Would absolutely recommend this center, and of course, Subaru.

I purchased a 2019 Ascent, and I love it! I had a concern about a noise that was completely normal after I purchased it. The service department checked it out right away, gave me a loaner, and didn't charge me a dime.
