I’ve been to this Chevy dealer repair to have my car serviced for an oil change about 3 -4xs now. They definitely take longer than your standard oil change & even though they take longer it seems they rush things. For example, after getting my oil changed I had to return 2xs in the same week because the air filter wasn’t replaced right. This caused my check engine light to go on due to a censor reading too much o2 in my fuel. They were quick to get me in to try and solve the issue, but I still had to go back in a second time because the first attempt to “fix it” resulted in the same problem. I recently went in to get my oil changed again and also asked them to change my wipers as well (I have 3; all of which are covered for replacement via my cars warranty). Oil was changed with no issues this time, however they rushed replacing the wipers and only replaced the front two, without tending to the back third one -the only wiper that is visibly needing to be replaced (wiper strip coming off). Not only did they not replace the third, but they didn’t take the casings off the wipers they did replace. Pretty basic stuff that a dealership repair shop, who you are paying a premium price for, should not be forgetting. The service staff are generally nice and help you out when they can. It’s unfortunate that such routine services become a hassle here.

Took my truck in for a very pricy transmission service and when I picked it up it had fresh scuffs on the drive side door and bed. Make sure you take pictures before and after if you bring your vehicle here.

Took my car for more than a week and did absolutely nothing to it. Called to check in every single day to see what was going on since they do not give loaners and the Uber fares were getting high, only to be met with a service advisor voicemail box that isn't actually set up to receive voicemails. So I would call again and again going through the rigamarole of having to talk to the same person directing my call to said service advisor, who after so many calls even said, "they still haven't called you." Finally when I get a hold of the service advisor, Dre, he is unapologetic and claims to have called me multiple times when I show no missed calls from him. And tells me that, even tho my car was finally inspected and diagnosed on Friday, the part they need to fix my car was not ordered until Monday. Which means more waiting. Luckily my warranty works at any Chevy dealer so I will be getting it serviced elsewhere from here on our. LHMiller has always been a pleasant experience. From buying the car to the maintenance on it. My car was serviced for the same problem not even a month prior, AJ worked fast and was constantly updating me on what was happening. Even when I "didn't answer" as dre said, AJ had the common sense and courtesy to leave a message.

Support team worked with my situation. After my vehicle was inspected and parts were ordered, I was able to take my car back and use it while I waited for its parts to arrive. None of the parts were required for the safe operation of my vehicle so it was nice I could use it while waiting for the ordered parts to arrive.

The service department never disappoints us. Richard is thorough, explains procedures and why the truck needs a certain service. Unless we are on a trip, (LHM) Casa is the only one we take the truck to, including oil changes.
