Melloy Nissan on Lomas is the best. I really appreciate the exquisite customer service, especially one of the managers, Mike Anderson! He’s always super helpful, friendly, and kind. I love going somewhere, where, I know the job is going to get done right. Also, the representative in the service department that helped me with my oil change was really nice too. He was informative, but not pushy at all! I really appreciate that! Lastly, I love that they top off all my fluids and do a mini inspection to make sure my car is in the best running condition so it lasts me, and I love that they wash my car! That’s a super cool bonus! Thank you for the great service and experience!

I arrived a little early for my appointment for an oil change. There was no waiting in line and I was checked right in, then directed to the waiting room. Michelle was quite knowledgeable when I asked about a battery replacement. I understood the logic of getting a battery through Nissan. All in all, a great experience.

The service team were excellent. Jed and his crew demonstrated quality customer service. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to address hidden mechanical issues with my truck was a blessing. They caught problems that went under the radar. They stood by their work and expertise. Gave me peace of mind that my truck was at peak performance once again. Jed and his team have another vehicle of mine, Nissan rogue, that they are still working on . I have no doubt that the vehicle will be repaired and ready for the road soon. I bought my Nissan Titan from another non Nissan Dealershio and received poor customer service and lackluster maintainer work on it. I’ve decide to cancel the maintainer package I bought when I purchased the Titan and will from now on bring my truck for its regular maintenance service to Melloy Nissan Service Center. Jed has been helpful and reassuring during a time when I needed to be relieved of stress and given peace of mind. Jed and his team should receive recognition and a reward for demonstrating outstanding service!

The service was quick and the efficiency of an oil change visit was great! The staff were friendly & professional except the cashier. She was curt in manner since my first oil change was complimentary. First impressions are lasting so with the cashier staff I am re-thinking if I want to return for the next oil change because it does require me to travel 2.5 hours for this service. Cashier needs to be more friendly!

The service advisor Ester was awesome. For her, I give five stars. Thank you Ester! However, I went to the Parts desk to inquire about a non-glare screen cover, which was recommended by sales rep I visited with while waiting for my car. I went to the Parts counter to see if I could place an order. “Chewy” the rep at the Parts counter was very dismissive and did not care about my request. He said he knew nothing about it and to look it up on the Internet. Very disappointing. I mentioned my concern while paying at the service counter and again was ignored.

Chris was awesome, he kept me informed of what was going on at all times. And they also finished ahead of what he said. They made everything so easy for me. I was so comfortable going through them. I highly recommend them if you need repairs and the way they deal with your insurance you don't have to worry about nothing.

I know great customer service - I have spent my entire adult life serving people; with joy and pride. This was my first time being served by Melloy- they were absolutely outstanding in every single thing that I experienced with them. I mean everything! What an amazing team. Loyal to customer service, bright, cheerful, kind, professional, knowledgeable and just overall 'happy to help you' folks! In the world of Customer Care, we used to say- (knock your socks off)! service. Honestly, that's Melloy's team. Had an appointment at 7 for a tune up, oil change. Got there right at 7 had to wait because they didn't open until 9am. But I guess the service dept were raking customers about 8. Which was fine by me because I didn't have to wait too long while getting my ride serviced. Unlike some other places, I've had to wait for 3 or 4 hrs. But I did like Melloy Nissans service they were quick in getting my ride serviced. Thank You!

I’ve always had a great experience every time I’ve visited the Lomas location. Susan, Sage and the rest of her team are truly amazing and kind people who are helpful, welcoming and efficient. I have never left unsatisfied and always recommend them first!

I had my oil changed and tires rotated. It only took 2 hours and I was back on the road. I was given an oral and paper report on my car and its next recommended service, all price estimated. Very helpful and friendly service with knowledgeable staff.
