Not only did they put me in an amazing car at an amazing price and rate, they did it faster than multiple other dealerships. But what makes me 100% positive my next car will be from them is how they treat you after you buy the car. I got a flat and couldn't get the tire off due to a lug nut issue. Without question they sent me a tow truck, fixed the lug nut AND the flat tire! Truly the best service I've ever had at a dealership or repair shop. was able to set a date online- 7:15 am appointment arrived at 6:50 am-- they opened the doors at exactly 7:am (i was 7th in line)- checked in before 7:15. they had oil changed, tires rotated and a thorough exam --I paid and left at a few minutes after 8:am---Excellent service- done quickly and thoroughly.. I took in my corvette to diagnose vibrations when the car rat at around 2000 RPM. I took in my corvette the day I was scheduled to do so. The car was in the dealership for about a month or longer. I do not mind if they could not get to the car as long as I am informed of the progress, When I made this complain, I was told that I took the car in without an appointment, (not true). Then they needed extra time to diagnose the problem, a bad torque tube, The problem I thought I had all along. when I took my car in, it was clean and shiny, I got my car covered in dust and muddy from rain drops. not timely, not truthful, deliver the car dirty, but the service advisor was very friendly.

I had a check engine light come on in my vehicle after hours on a thursday night. I went to drop the vehicle off that night after hours. There were no drop off forms in the drop off area so I had to write my information on a folded up reciept. When i called the following day (Friday), I was told they got my vehicle but couldn't take a look at it until the following Monday or Tuesday. When I called on Monday, they told me they couldn't look at it for at least 2 - 3 weeks. I vocalized what I was told the previous Friday and got no response. I went to the dealership to pick up my vehicle to take it somewhere else that could get it in a more timely fashion. I was hastily greeted by the single service advisor present and was asked to wait for a few minutes. When they finished with the customer they were dealing with, they proceeded to walk past me and to attend another customer outside the building that arrived many minutes after me. It wasn't until a second service advisor finally arrived did I get some attention to retreive my vehicle. I get that the new normal is everyone is under-staffed. However, such dismissve and rude treatment is still unacceptable. On top of that, another dealer was able to evaluate my vehicle in two days later, not 2-3 weeks like I was told at Quality. They have lost my confidence in them being a viable option for servicing my vehicle and any subsequent business of mine.

Continue to disappoint. This time I brought my truck in for a basic front end alignment, and they mangled one of the adjusters on the passenger side. Not even wasting my time to bring it back, I left a voicemail which was ignored as usual. Shame on me for continuing to trust this shop. Within the 2 years I've owned my truck, they completed a torque converter install which resulted in a transmission leak and had to be redone. Then while redoing the transmission install, they damaged my front fender and had to repaint it. Now this.
